The Managed Services Consultant provides offsite, post-go-live application administration for our customers in terms of Veeva Commercial Cloud products including: Veeva CRM, Network, Vault, etc. Our customers are mainly from Australia, Japan, China and South East Asia-Pac. There are also opportunities to work in a Global project where you need to work with Veeva EU\/US team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<h4 class=\"job_txt\">Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<li>Provide post-go-live System Consulting and Administration<\/li>\n<li>Support the customer-internal System Releases Cycle, including:<\/li>\n<li>Analysis and deployment of new product features.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of Production and Sandbox environments<\/li>\n<li>Execute Customer Change Request<\/li>\n<li>Tier 2\/3 troubleshooting and how to&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li>Data imports and exports using APEX data loader<\/li>\n<li>Adding\/deleting\/changing users, setting up security, changing territory and role hierarchy<\/li>\n<li>Creation of regular and ad-hoc customer reports<\/li>\n<li>Interact with Veeva Product Support on customer\u2019s behalf<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<h4 class=\"job_txt\">Requirements<\/h4>\n<li>Strong desire to learn new things!<\/li>\n<li>At least Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other similar degree<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English or Japanese<\/li>\n<li>Strong Presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work remotely and independently with clients<\/li>\n<li>Experience with fulfilling customer needs and managing expectations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to quickly understand requirements and design &#038;
