  • The Workday to Align Integration expedites the onboarding process for new field reps and simplifies the maintenance of roster data by providing one data entry point that pushes information from Workday to Veeva Align, which maintains user data in CRM
  • Ad-hoc Remove from Territory gives field teams more options for removing accounts from a territory independent of the feedback cycle with data change requests that can be sent to home office at any time
  • Make Challenges for Manager Feedback allows field managers to edit interaction goals and alignments directly instead of restarting the rep feedback process

Highlights include:

  • Automated Approved Email Fragment: As part of our commitment to improving the Vault PromoMats and multichannel Veeva CRM integration, you can now designate a document to be a part of an email HTML fragment. This will drastically reduce the effort to publish email fragments to CRM.
  • Optical Character Recognition (OCR): Vault now performs OCR on PDF documents that contain images and/or text. This improves your search capabilities and will eventually improve suggested links, which benefits agencies and brand teams.
  • Linked References Options for eCTD: You can now select the option to include or not include linked references for preclearance eCTD compliance packages. This provides more control over the way preclearance packages are created.

  • Auto-publish Approved Email Fragment: You can now designate a document to be a part of an email HTML fragment. This will drastically reduce the effort to publish email fragments to CRM, thus improving MedComms to Veeva CRM end-to-end content flow.
  • Greater Configurability in Medical Inquiry Responses: The alternative response contact field in the medical inquiry user interface enables sending responses to the email address of HCP’s choice, such as their personal email.
  • Improved Content Search: Vault now performs OCR (Optical Character Recognition) on PDF documents containing both images and text. This improves search capabilities and will eventually improve suggested links.
