  • Non-Blocking Sync: Allow field teams to continue working in the Veeva CRM app while the new regular and automatic syncs are occuring

Key enhancements include:

  • Location-based Targeting (Available with CRM 22R3.3) enables users to add location-based targeting to territories using enhanced feedback on the iPad. This streamlines the planning process by allowing reps to plan interactions with HCPs for specific locations.
  • Workday Integration improvements make it even easier to implement Align integration to Workday for roster management. These updates increase automation and remove manual steps.
  • Manager Feedback (Available with CRM 23R1) simplifies the feedback process. Managers now have the ability to change lifecycle states from the account screen – eliminating unnecessary steps.
  • CRM Picklist Inheritance maps CRM picklists to Align. Keep all the benefits of picklists and ensure that territory feedback and assignment rules are translated into the correct users’ language.

  • Increased Innovation Focus for Veeva Vault MedComms and Veeva Vault MedInquiry
  • The existing Vault MedComms becomes a part of Vault Medical. Vault Medical comprises of two applications:
    • Vault MedComms for the creation, review, and distribution of medical content, and;
    • Vault MedInquiry for the intake, management, and fulfillment of medical information requests;
    • These two applications can be used together, or independently of one another.
  • Veeva Network (Veeva OpenData) Connection to Look Up HCP Reference Data – This new connection enables Vault MedInquiry customers to search OpenData for reliable, accurate HCP reference data when creating a case contact.
  • Greater Flexibility Through Improved Vault MedInquiry-Veeva CRM Integration – Easily pull information entered by field teams in Veeva CRM directly to Vault MedInquiry, without the need for accounts to be synched. Cases closed in Vault MedInquiry that originated in Veeva CRM will have a status update pushed back to CRM.
  • Ability to Render High-Resolution Presentation Slides for Veeva CRM & Veeva CRM Engage – A new setting now enables rendering newly created CLM presentation slides at 96 DPI, improving the user experience for KOLs.
