So then it was a matter of us making the case that there was business value to the Compliance team. And then it became a matter of just ensuring that the reps were appropriately trained so that the free text that they enter would be compliant with our policies.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Frank Armenante, Novo:<\/strong> You want your Compliance people to be involved from the beginning. Even if it&#8217;s before you&#8217;ve even started the project, getting that seed into their mind helps them to not only know, yes, they&#8217;re a part of this, but their job is not to stop you. Their job is to always be looking at the risk and help you mitigate what that risk is. So that you do the right thing for the company, you do the right thing for the patients, and for customers.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Parag Govil, Ionis:<\/strong> We believe in partnering with all functions to innovate. I think exposing teams like Compliance and Legal to the art of the possible, getting them more comfortable with the technology and improving their literacy is such an important step to allowing them to be part of the journey.\n<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Andrew Bogie, Curium:<\/strong> Bringing Compliance in early on to the process and IT for that matter into the process to understand what the agentic AI capabilities in Vault CRM actually are and how they&#8217;re structured was critical to acceptance and implementation.
