Veeva strongly recommends that during an RFP\/pitch phase and at project kick off, customers verify which partner employees are certified to ensure that qualified individuals are staffed on any Omnichannel project. This can be achieved by asking to see digital badges that are awarded on a product basis to those who successfully pass the exam(s).\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
