Frequently Asked Questions

Summit is free to Veeva customers and invited guests. The only cost you will incur is your travel to Chicago and your overnight accommodations. We will share a link to our discounted room block at the Hyatt once available and your registration is approved.

The meetings will take place in the convention area of the Hyatt Regency so everything is one location.

We recommend you arrive on Tuesday, May 30 in the afternoon so you can join the welcome reception that evening at the Hyatt. Our opening keynote begins at 9AM CT on Wednesday, May 31.

The Wednesday evening event will be off-property at Navy Pier. Transportation will be provided.
