Peter Gassner Founder, CEO of Veeva Systems


	Peter is responsible for the overall direction and management of Veeva Systems. In 2010, Peter was named to the PharmaVOICE 100, which recognizes the 100 most influential people in the life sciences industry. Peter is a twenty year veteran of the software industry. Prior to founding Veeva, Peter was Senior Vice President of Technology at salesforce.com where he had responsibility for building the salesforce.com platform including product, marketing and developer relations. During Peter's tenure, salesforce.com completed its public offering and grew the technology into the most successful SaaS platform in the industry. Before salesforce.com, Peter was with PeopleSoft for nine years as both Chief Architect and General Manager of PeopleTools. Peter led a team of over 450 professionals who provided the development, strategy, marketing and customer support for PeopleSoft's technology platform. PeopleTools was widely regarded in the industry as the best application platform of its day. Peter began his career with IBM in relational database development and research at IBM Silicon Valley Lab and then at IBM Almaden Research Center where he had the privilege of working closely with some of the inventors of relational database technology. Peter serves on the board of directors of Veeva Systems and Guidewire Software, a provider of industry-specific solutions for the property/casualty insurers. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University.

Cindy Zhang General Manager, Veeva China


	As General Manager of China, Cindy is responsible for Veeva's operations in China. She brings over 13 years of experience in enterprise software industry. Before joining Veeva, Cindy spent 12 years at Oracle where she held various management positions in product development and product management. She delivered enterprise software products, defined global product strategy, engaged with customers and partners around the world to facilitate solution implementations and supported marketing and sales in greater China. Cindy graduated from Peking University, China, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. She also holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University and a MBA from Haas School of Business, University of California Berkeley.

Sebastian Cudny Senior SFE Director, BMS


	Sebastian Cudny started in Pharma in 1997 in Eli Lilly Poland, who had 10 years in Lilly in SFE and Operations. He joined BMS as Market Research and Business Effectiveness Manager in 2007 and took regional position Austria and Central Europe for MR&BE implementing first multichannel activities (DVA) in 2009. In 2010-2011, Sebastian was Business Unit Director in Virology HIV and Business Effectiveness and Planning Director Poland (Market Research, SFE, T&D, MCM, Strategic Planning) from 2011 to 2013. Starting from 2013, he is Senior Director SFE & Data Integration China.

Wilson Wei Senior Director, Business Technology, Pfizer China


	Pfizer China BT Regional Lead for the China region. Member of Dr. Xiaobing Wu’s (Regional President – China) leadership team. Wilson joined Pfizer in 2006, as the IT Director for Wyeth, China. In 2009 he became the Regional BT Lead for Pfizer Diversified Business in China/HongKong. In this role he lead several strategic initiatives in CRM, BI, Digital and ERP, in addition to leading the Wyeth integration and Nutri divestiture for China. Wilson is recognized as a leader who builds strong BT teams with a passion for innovation in the digital/mobile space. Prior to joining Pfizer, he was IT head for China in several multinational companies including Roche Pharmaceutical, Praxair and Heineken. He graduated from Shanghai University with two bachelor degrees in computer science and business administration and has an MBA degree from Fudan University.

Arno Sosna Vice President, CRM Product Management, Veeva Systems


	As Vice President of Product Management, CRM, Arno is responsible for the definition and direction of all Veeva CRM products, ensuring that Veeva delivers best in class products for each global region with a focus on streamlined usability, rich functionality and end-to-end customer success. Arno has extensive experience as a Product Manager and System Architect of global CRM systems, and a background in life sciences that spans Rx, OTC and Animal Health businesses. Earlier in his career, he supported clients with CRM implementations in the banking and construction industries. Arno’s work has led him across several continents—Europe, the Americas and Asia—so he is familiar with an array of markets and adept at balancing a global perspective with an understanding of local requirements. Arno graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Eisenstadt and holds a Master (FH)’s degree in Information Management.

Harry Liu VP, Veeva OpenData, China, Japan and Asia-Pac, Veeva


	Harry Liu (刘志成)先生作为Veeva OpenData高级总监，负责Veeva System在中国的全部数据相关业务，涵盖数据产品研发，售前顾问咨询，项目实施，更新服务等领域。刘志成先生在医药、软件行业具备超过十年的工作经验。在加入Veeva System公司之前，刘志成先生在辉瑞（Pfizer）中国工作了多年，担任大中华区方案中心主管。在此期间，带领团队为辉瑞中国搭建各类企业管理系统，服务范围覆盖大部分辉瑞业务部门，其中包括销售、销售绩效管理（SFE）、市场、财务、商务、医学、人事等。刘志成先生有多年的客户关系管理（CRM）及主数据管理（MDM）项目实施及管理经验。在支持辉瑞中国业务的同时，也负责对辉瑞台湾，辉瑞香港的相关应用系统的管理。同时负责将中国的成熟化应用系统推广到亚洲及拉美地区，并有多个成功实施案例。在负责项目交付及管理的同时，刘志成先生还是企业架构及微软技术的专家，作为辉瑞亚太区系统架构师帮助各个国家进行系统设计及系统信息安全审核。刘志成先生毕业于内蒙古大学，拥有计算机科学学士学位。一直致力于医疗健康行业企业解决方案领域，对企业信息化建设及医疗行业大数据助力企业发展有深度的理解。

Tony Liu VP Professional Services, Veeva China


	Tony Liu（刘丁）先生作为中国区咨询服务副总裁，负责Veeva Systems在中国所有的技术及咨询服务相关的业务，涵盖项目实施服务、业务咨询、IT咨询等职能领域。刘丁先生在高科技、软件行业具备超过十五年的工作经验。在加入Veeva Systems公司之前，刘丁先生服务于一家总部位于英国的软件公司Actix Pte Ltd.。作为其在中国区的技术总监，刘丁先生领导并实施了某中国电信运营商的国家级软件解决方案，实现了国内相关领域内首个基于云计算的软件系统，并为多家全球企业、国内机构提供了该类国家级、企业级软件解决方案的咨询和实施服务。在此之前，刘丁先生作为一家总部位于美国的高科技公司Spirent Communication某业务单元在中国区的业务拓展经理，负责其在中国（香港）区的总体业务。刘丁先生还曾供职于爱立信、安捷伦（惠普）等多家全球企业，具备技术服务、产品管理、大客户经理等多个职能领域的工作、管理经验，以及全球多元文化背景下的运营经验。刘丁先生还具备在全球一流管理咨询公司的工作经验，并擅长组织有效性、领导力发展等领域的研究。其在相关领域的研究文章曾在哈佛商业评论等权威杂志上发表。刘丁先生持有北京邮电大学的学士学位和巴黎大学（索邦-先贤祠）的MBA学位。

	陈昊，华中科技大学同济医学院药品政策与管理研究中心研究员，博士，执业药师，健康报、医药经济报、医药观察家报特约观察家和专栏撰稿人、医药经理人杂志特约撰稿专家。现就职于华中科技大学同济医学院。在药品价格、药品政策和药品GXP领域具有丰富的研究经历。作为长期合作专家为MSD、SNF、Merck Serono和上海医药集团等跨国企业和国内制药企业提供战略及策略咨询和内部培训。

Roger Liu 知名医药作家和移动医疗分析师


	在诺华、辉瑞、阿斯利康和 GSK等一线外企从事处方药营销20年，担任过事业部总经理和企业战略负责人等职务，并在亚太区和全球总部工作3年。目前从事移动医疗创业，经常在医药和移动医疗论坛担任演讲嘉宾和主持人，在互联网媒体发表过几十篇文章。
