[UPDATE] Getting to Summit by train - Replacement services on the S1 and S8

Due to track renewal and bridge maintenance at the airport, there will be timetable changes on the S 1 and S 8 lines from Friday, November 3, 4 a.m. continuously until Monday, November 13, 2023, approx. 4 a.m. with train cancellations and replacement services between Neufahrn and the airport terminal as well as the Visitors Park and the airport terminal.

There will be a rail replacement service for the S 1 between Neufahrn and the airport terminal.

The S8 ends and begins at the Visitors Park. A shuttle bus will run between the Visitors Park and the airport terminal every 10 minutes.

Is it a free event? Do I have to pay a cancellation fee if I can't attend?

The Veeva MedTech Summit Europe is a complementary event for Veeva customers and invited guests. There is no cancellation fee if you can’t attend we ask that you notify us in advance on veeva.medtech.comms@veeva.com so we can reallocate your seat to someone else.

When is the best time to arrive?

We recommend you arrive at 16:00 CET on 7 November to join us at the welcome reception; our opening keynote begins at 09:00 CET on 8 November

Will there be a Wednesday evening event?

Yes. The Wednesday evening event will be off-property at the Hofbräuhaus München. Transportation will be provided.

What COVID safety measures are you putting in place?

Our priority is everyone’s health and safety, so we will strictly adhere to the latest guidelines to ensure everyone feels safe and comfortable during Summit.
