Is it a free event? Do I have to pay a cancellation fee if I can't attend?

The Veeva MedTech Summit Europe is a complementary event for Veeva customers and invited guests. There is no cancellation fee if you can’t attend we ask that you notify us in advance on veeva.medtech.comms@veeva.com so we can reallocate your seat to someone else.

Where will Summit be hosted?

The meetings will take place in the convention area of the Maritim Hotel Amsterdam so everything is one location.

When is the best time to arrive?

We recommend you arrive at 16:00 CET on 5 November to join us at the welcome reception; our opening keynote begins at 09:00 CET on 6 November

Will there be a Tuesday evening event?

Yes. The Tuesday evening event will be off-property. Location will be announced closer to the event. Transportation will be provided.
