Yes. Summit is free to Veeva customers and invited guests. The only cost you will incur is your travel to Chicago and your overnight accommodations.

There is no cancellation fee if you can’t attend, but we ask that you notify us in advance at veeva.medtech.comms@veeva.com so we can reallocate your seat to someone else.

The meetings will take place in the convention area of the Sheraton Grand Riverwalk so everything is one location.

We recommend you arrive on Monday, May 11 in the afternoon so you can join the welcome reception that evening at the Sheraton. Our opening keynote begins at 8:30 AM CT on Tuesday, May 12.

The registration and help desk will open 4-9:30pm on Monday on level one for check-in and badge pickup. We will reopen at 7:30am Tuesday.

There is discounted self-parking in the hotel garage. Regular Hotel Parking if you pay on arrival: Up to 6 hours: $4524 Hours: $75

Please look at Spot hero – For discounted parking at and near the hotel use Spot Hero app and search for Sheraton Grand Riverwalk. You are able to reserve in advance for full day at significant discounts.

Yes. The Tuesday evening event will be off-property at the Field Museum At 6:00 PM buses will depart for field museum from level one.
