Yes. Summit is free to Veeva customers and invited guests. The only cost you will incur is your travel to Chicago and your overnight accommodations.
There is no cancellation fee if you can’t attend, but we ask that you notify us in advance at veeva.medtech.comms@veeva.com so we can reallocate your seat to someone else.
The meetings will take place in the convention area of the Mövenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre so everything is at one location. There will be one evening event off property and transportation will be provided.
We recommend you arrive on Monday, 2 November in the afternoon so you can join the welcome reception that evening at the Mövenpick. Our opening keynote begins at 8:45 CET on Tuesday, 3 November.
The registration and help desk will open 16-21:30 CET on Monday for check-in and badge pickup. We will reopen at 7:30 CET Tuesday.
No, Veeva MedTech Summit is an in-person only event. However, keynotes and product roadmap sessions will be posted on VeevaConnect once Summit concludes.
Yes. The Tuesday evening event will be off-property at the National Maritime Museum. Boat transportation will be provided from Mövenpick jetty.
