Giorgio leads CRM Product Management for APAC, driving the strategy and roadmap for Veeva CRM solutions across the region. With over 14 years of experience in the life sciences industry, he has led regional and global CRM implementations, supported market expansion across APAC, and worked across support, professional services, and product management. Prior to joining Veeva in 2012, Giorgio spent nine years supporting global pharmaceutical operations at Eli Lilly.

Arti Dhar is the Global Medical Affairs Lead for International Markets, based in Singapore, with over 25 years of experience in healthcare spanning from clinical research, medical and scientific communications and medical affairs. She has a breadth of experience across therapy areas . She works closely with international healthcare stakeholders to advance medical education, evidence generation, and patient-centered initiatives, bringing a global perspective on innovation, partnerships, and the evolving landscape of cancer care. Arti is passionate about fostering meaningful dialogue between healthcare professionals, industry, and patient communities to drive improved outcomes and scientific excellence.

Felicia Khoo leads IQVIA’s Data & AI Solutions practice in SEA, helping life sciences organizations unlock the value of data, analytics, and agentic AI. With extensive experience in technology consulting and commercial transformation, she works closely with industry leaders to leverage advanced analytics, AI, and digital innovation to enhance commercial excellence, customer engagement, and business performance.

Dr. Stephanie Ambrose is the Head of Medical & Regulatory Affairs for Singapore and Brunei at Novo Nordisk Pharma Pte. Ltd., where she leads the Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance functions across the affiliate. She is responsible for driving medical strategy, regulatory excellence, evidence generation, patient access initiatives, and stakeholder engagement across cardiometabolic and chronic disease therapeutic areas.

With over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry spanning multinational organisations like Roche, GSK, Pfizer & Nestle, Dr. Ambrose has built a strong track record in Medical Affairs leadership, regulatory strategy, clinical research, and cross-functional collaboration. She is passionate about advancing patient outcomes through scientific innovation, strengthening healthcare partnerships, and developing high-performing teams.

Sushant is a Principal at Veeva Business Consulting. He has been helping commercial pharma teams in Asia with omnichannel strategy & operating model, market segmentation, go-to-market planning, and analytics to drive business growth. Prior to Veeva, Sushant worked as a strategy consultant at ZS, and Trinity Life Sciences. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, and an MBA in marketing.

Moneem is an Consultant in the Commercial Professional Services team. He has been involved in various projects including implementation, migration and enhancement of Veeva CRM and PromoMats for various pharma companies during his time in Veeva.

With over 20 years of data expertise—including nearly a decade at Veeva—Cass serves as the Senior Director for OpenData in the Asia-Pacific region. She leads the OpenData product team and drives the strategic regional roadmap. Passionate about customer success, Cass partners closely with clients to deeply understand their data needs, ensuring seamless product adoption and long-term value.

Sruthi is a Consultant with APAC Professional Services, specializing in Veeva solutions. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, having worked extensively with life sciences companies such as Boehringer-Ingelheim, Abbott, and JnJ on Veeva and Salesforce platforms. Rahul Bose is Director of Solution Consulting, APAC, at Veeva Systems, leading life sciences consultants across ANZ, Singapore, India, and Korea. Since joining Veeva in 2014, he’s helped pharma customers maximize their Commercial Cloud investments, previously serving as APAC Professional Services leader and Customer Success leader. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Queensland.

Adriel is an Associate Consultant in the APAC Commercial Professional Services team. He has been involved in projects spanning across Veeva Vault CRM and Events Management, supporting customers in implementation and end-to-end rollout across the APAC region.
