Bernie Klemmer is the Director of Marketing Operations at Novo Nordisk Inc. located in Plainsboro, NJ. In this role, he is responsible for managing the MLR systems and processes, and he was the line of business lead on the Zinc to Veeva Migration project. Bernie is currently leading the efforts around Claims Management.
