Veeva CRM Multichannel Cycle Plans (MCCP) allow CRM managers and users to track customer interactions against goals across multiple channels such as Face-to-Face Calls, CLM, and Approved Email activity. The topics in this course are a subset of the comprehensive Veeva Multichannel Vault to CRM Integration course. This course will provide an overview of the MCCP Data Model and prepare participants to configure access to MCCP, setup the MCCP user interface, and to create MCCPs. Course Agenda
