Alex Paris

General Manager, Asia Pacific

As General Manager, Asia Pacific, Alex is responsible for all of Veeva's operations in the region including sales, marketing and professional services. He has 18 years experience working in the Enterprise Software industry, with 10 years in senior leadership roles.

Prior to working at Veeva, Alex was the Big Data and Master Data Management Growth Market Unit Leader in IBM's Software Group. Alex came to IBM as part of the acquisition of Initiate Systems, a leading Master Data Management solution provider. Alex's role as the VP, Asia Pacific at Initiate saw him successfully build the business in the region from $0 to $15 million annual turnover in a 5 year period.

Prior to Initiate, Alex held a number of executive roles with the Content Management pioneer Vignette. Alex holds a B.A. with Joint Honor's in Politics and Philosophy from University of Wales, Swansea

David Ledger

Vice President, Commercial Strategy, Asia Pacific

In his role as VP Commercial Strategy Asia Pacific, David is responsible for helping clients optimise their Veeva investment. He brings over 20 years experience consulting and working in the Life Sciences industry.

Before joining Veeva, David was the founder and managing director of Vedere Group, an organisation focusing on strategic sales & marketing, CRM solutions, commercial effectiveness, and performance management dashboards and reporting. After Vedere Group was acquired by IMS in 2013, David headed up the IMS Health Commercial Effectiveness and Technology & Services team for ANZ and Asia Pacific.

Prior to starting his own company, David was Global Head of Commercial Excellence for Boehringer Ingelheim, responsible for Product Launch Excellence, Sales & Marketing Performance Reporting & KPIs, Customer Segmentation & Targeting initiatives and Global CRM Implementation.

Stephen Brown

Senior Director, CRM Strategy, Asia

As CRM Strategy Director for Asia, Stephen is responsible for ownership of the strategy and direction for Veeva's CRM product suite, including core multichannel capabilities as well as the Events Management, Align and Engage products. Stephen has been in several roles during Veeva's growth in the Asia Pacific region, including most recently, Solution Consulting Director APAC.

Stephen has worked in enterprise software since 1998, in both consulting and technical sales roles. He spent 5 years at PeopleSoft working in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. He first started working with salesforce.com in 2006, and provided early technical consulting on it's product capabilities in UK and Australia. In 2010 Stephen joined Veeva as the first employee in the APAC region.

Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Auckland University.

Giorgio Castellini

Director of Product Management Commercial Cloud, Asia Pacific

As Director, Product Management Commercial Cloud, Giorgio is responsible for the definition and prioritisation of the roadmap for all Veeva CRM products, ensuring that Veeva delivers the best-in-class solution for the APAC region. Giorgio also supports the growth of the region and the expansion in new emerging markets, investigating and understanding the nuances of each country.

Giorgio has worked in the pharma industry for over 17 years, evolving from a leadership role in EMEA support, to Professional Services to Product Management. He has managed regional and global CRM implementations for enterprise customers in both Rx and OTC at Veeva.

Prior to joining Veeva in 2012, Giorgio worked at Eli Lilly as an external consultant for 9 years, leading their Regional Support CoE out of Italy and building knowledge in Clinical Operations, Global Product Safety, MedInfo, Sales and Marketing.

Sudhir Kandarth

Senior Director, Commercial Sales for Asia Pacific & Regional Manager for South East Asia

Sudhir is responsible for Veeva's commercial suite of solutions across the Asia Pacific. The market spans Australia, South East Asia, Korea and India. Additionally, Sudhir is also the Regional Manager for South East Asia & India and is responsible for customer success in the region.

Sudhir has over 16 years experience working in the Enterprise Software and Pharmaceutical Industry. Prior to setting up Veeva India’s operations in January 2015, Sudhir worked at Oracle Health Sciences Global Business Unit in Mumbai. In this role he was responsible for enabling pharma companies to adopt strategies and solutions to manage clinical trials, clinical operations, pharmacovigilance and safety.
Sudhir also launched strategic initiatives at Dr.Reddy’s, leading large scale field sales deployment projects with one of the earliest technology led Sales Force automation projects in 2001.

Sudhir has held roles in Consulting, Sales, Business Development and Alliances with SAS India, IBM Software and IBM GBS. Sudhir holds an MBA from North Maharashtra University.

Jacqueline Davis

Marketing Director, Asia Pacific

As Marketing Director, Jacqueline is responsible for leading the marketing efforts in APAC.

Jacqueline has held various marketing roles in enterprise software since 2006. She worked for Initiate, a Master Data Management software company for 5 years as part of regional start up in Asia Pacific where she was responsible for the marketing strategy, brand awareness and lead generation. She transitioned to IBM in 2010 after Initiate was acquired and held various roles including Healthcare Marketing Manager and C-Suite Marketing Program Leader.

Prior to working in software, Jacqueline worked for 10 years at British Airways in marketing and call centre leadership roles.

Tristan Theurier

Senior Director - APAC R&D Services

As Senior Director of APAC Services, Tristan is leading some of the most experienced Services professionals in the industry, committed to Customer Success across all Veeva’s product lines. His team ensures Veeva products are implemented based on best practices and solution designs. Working with our customers on a long-term basis regarding adoption, training and industry benchmark is our priority.

Tristan joined Veeva Europe in 2012 as one of the first Veeva consultants. He led regional and global Veeva CRM implementations for large customers in Europe, Latin America, and AsiaPacific as Solution Architect and Project Manager. In 2016 he relocated to Asia Pacific (Singapore) to build and lead the Customer Success Management team in the region.

Tristan holds a Master’s degree in Business Education from Skema Business School (France).

Dusty Reeves

Director, Solution Consulting Asia Pacific

"As Solution Consulting Director for Asia Pacific, Dusty is responsible for leading the team of Solution Consultants who will provide Veeva product information and tailored demonstrations to Veeva customers and prospects throughout the Asia Pacific region. Dusty’s team is critical to demonstrate the value of Veeva's Commercial Cloud solutions and vision to our existing and potential clients.

Dusty has nearly 5 years of tenure with Veeva where he has led several of the largest professional services programs in the APAC region and launched the Veeva OpenData product in Australia.

Prior to Veeva, Dusty had 7 years of experience in professional services and consulting focused on delivery of cloud & enterprise software."

Paul Hosking

Senior Director of Commercial Services, Asia Pacific

As Senior Director of APAC Commercial Services, Paul is focused on ensuring our customers maximise their potential on the Veeva Commercial Cloud. Leading a well respected team of life science experienced service professionals across ANZ, South East Asia, India and Korea he strives to ensure customers receive exceptional solutions and services.

Paul joined Veeva in 2013 bringing nearly 15 years of extensive services and implementation experience from the enterprise ERP and CRM domain having delivered PeopleSoft projects globally and in multiple industries.

Chris Shim

Senior Director, R&D Sales for Asia Pacific & China and Country Manager for Korea

As Senior Director of R&D sales and country manager for Korea, Chris is responsible for all of Veeva's sales initiatives in development cloud suite across Asia Pacific and China.

Chris spent the last 6 years to setting up the business in Asia while leading the team in Medidata Solutions.
He played the role of advisors to major pharmaceutical companies, CROs and Academies to transform their complex IT infrastructure to be successful on drug development.
He was taking the pioneer position to discuss about business agility and seamless development, especially about collaborative working organization in life science industry.

Prior to Medidata, Chris worked in various positions in software companies including PTC and Heartbeat Experts across life sciences, electronics and other discrete manufacturing verticals for more than 16 years as an experienced sales leader.

Cassandra Barker

Senior Director, OpenData APAC

As Senior Director, OpenData APAC, Cassandra is responsible for the strategy and direction of OpenData in the region.

Cassandra brings over 20 years of experience in business technology across both government and private sectors. Her proven business and marketing experience has helped organisations drive growth and change through data and technology enablement, product development and professional services engagements to a combination of ASX, government and international clients.

Eunho Shin

Director, Vault R&D Strategy - APAC & China

As Director of Vault R&D strategy, Eunho is responsible for Veeva's strategy in Vault Development Cloud across Asia Pacific and China.
Eunho has over 15 years of experience in the life science industry across pharmaceutical companies, CROs and clinical IT companies. Prior to Veeva, he spent the last five years at Medidata expanding their APAC consulting business in the areas of improving clinical trial processes, optimizing clinical IT systems and infrastructures, and delivering the value of clinical cloud applications. When working within pharmaceutical companies and CROs, Eunho has worked in various roles from clinical operations to conducting and managing clinical trials.

Anantha Nema

Country Manager, India

As Country Manager, India Subcontinent, Anantha is responsible for all of
Veeva’s operations and Customer Success in the region.

Anantha has over 20 years of experience working in the Life Sciences
Industry. Prior to joining Veeva, Anantha worked at RK SWAMY BBDO
where he was responsible for enabling pharmaceutical companies design and
adopt differentiated scientific communication strategies.
Prior to RK SWAMY BBDO Anantha spent 11 years at Dr Reddy's Labs in India
where he was responsible for increasing sales management responsibilities.
