We’re Here When You Need Us: 24/7 Global Service Center Support Expands to All Veeva Vault PromoMats Users

Customer success is one of our top priorities here at Veeva. As part of our commitment to your success, we’re pleased to announce that our Global Service Center will now provide first-line support to all Veeva Vault PromoMats users.

What is the Global Service Center and how does it work?

The Global Service Center team operates under a follow-the-sun support model to provide service seven days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. With locations in the United States, Australia, Japan, and the United Kingdom, our team provides phone and email support in ten different languages.

PromoMats users can now access the Global Service Center for routine assistance. Contact them for answers to critical questions such as these:

  • How can I upload content?
  • Why can I not see or update the Submission Date field?
  • I am unable to share a claim uploaded in the system. Can you tell me why?
  • Why has a job returned to draft if it has been approved by Medical?
  • I have been locked out of my account. Can you unlock it?

    The Global Service Center is operated by application support staff who have a deep understanding of both Veeva Vault PromoMats and Zinc MAPS. Acting as tier-one support, the team is available to answer questions about product functionality and compliance processes, and guide you to additional support resources as may be required.
