– Sunrise User Interface for Veeva CRM:
Sunrise is a redesign of the UI with an intuitive and actionable interface that provides the right information directly at your field teams’ fingertips with fewer clicks. It’s new adaptive design delivers the best experience across all devices and platforms. All Veeva CRM customers will be upgraded to Sunrise in the Summer of 2018.
– Veeva CRM MyInsights:
To help create more productive field teams, we have embedded a new data visualization capability directly into Veeva CRM. Reps no longer have to access external BI tools and then aggregate data to try to make sense of their information. CRM MyInsights comes with a number of pre-built dashboards as well as with the ability to build your own custom templates.
We’re adding some exciting capabilities to CRM MyInsights, including an upgraded Key Account Management dashboard that displays progress metrics as well as a new Sales Trend summary dashboard that can surface both TRx and NRx sales data. This unique capability will help your teams understand an HCP’s prescribing rate directly within Veeva CRM!
