Veeva has partnered with global medical affairs leaders to create a practical, modular approach to measuring impact. This first paper introduces the medical impact model – a framework to structure conversations around this topic and give organizations a place to start. Subsequent works co-authored by industry experts share how their teams have successfully planned and/or implemented impact metrics and the data and analyses needed to make this happen.
