As president of Veeva Europe, Chris is responsible for growing the business in the region.

A 29-year veteran of the life sciences industry, Chris started his career at ICI Pharmaceuticals (now AstraZeneca). Chris then joined a start-up called Kinesis, building a team delivering document management solutions for pharmaceutical companies. Through a series of mergers and acquisitions, Kinesis ultimately became PwC; Chris made partner with PwC in 2001. Chris went on to run both European and US (West Coast) life sciences business for IBM before leading the IBM global life sciences consulting Business Analytics and Optimization unit. Most recently, Chris was the lead partner for life sciences for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at EY.

Chris holds a bachelor of science degree in information technology from the University of Salford.

As VP of Product Management for Vault R&D and Quality in Europe, Dom is responsible for supporting our EU customers and field teams across the Vault R&D and Quality applications and ensuring these products are working in the EU region.

Dom has been working in the Life Sciences software industry for over 15 years, prior to joining Veeva in 2015 he worked at Zinc Ahead leading product evolution and technical advancement. He holds a Mathematics degree from University College, London.

As VP of Product Management for Veeva CRM in Europe & LatAm, Povilas is responsible for defining direction of all Veeva CRM products for the region. He’s committed to ensuring close cooperation with customers and delivering on the promise of speed and innovation.

Povilas is working in the Life Sciences software solutions industry since 2004. He has extensive experience in building CRM solutions across wide geographies and various business areas of Life Sciences.

Povilas graduated from Kaunas University of Technology and holds a Master’s degree in Software System Engineering. He also attended the Master of Management Programme at ISM Executive School in Vilnius.

Rik is VP responsible for the Veeva Vault R&D suite of applications with a focus on the European market. He has nearly 20 years’ experience in business/IT consulting and regulated content management in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical sector. His experience has been built in assisting clients through complex transformational programs across the Life Sciences value chain, including clinical, regulatory and manufacturing/supply chain areas, for some of the world's largest companies.

Prior to joining Veeva, Rik was a leader in IBM’s (PwC) Life Sciences Global Business Services Practice, where he was responsible for managing a consulting team focused on life sciences technology innovation, compliance and regulated content management.

Rik holds a masters degree in Commercial Sciences and Information Technology Management from the University of Leuven / EHSAL.

As VP of R&D Services for Europe, Dana is responsible for exceptional delivery of customer solutions and continuously developing our services portfolio to best serve the needs of our customers.

Dana has a decade of services leadership experience and has spent over thirteen years leading pharma and biotech companies in the evolution of their content management systems. She has been with Veeva since 2013 and held previous positions at NextDocs, CSC and Accenture.

Dana holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from the University of Colorado.
