Veeva Systems Welcomes Angelique Aldaya as Vice President of Services, Europe

BARCELONA, Spain – 4, April, 2012 – In support of its global compounding growth rate, Veeva Systems has engaged Angelique Aldaya as vice president of Services, Europe. Aldaya brings 20 years of relevant experience, including a recent span as vice president of Global and European Operations at life sciences CRM company, Cegedim, where she built and managed professional services teams that served the life sciences industry. Prior, Aldaya spent more than a decade in various senior-level technology project management positions at NCR France, a solutions integration company. In her new role at Veeva, Aldaya manages a global services team and supports the explosive growth of multitenant, cloud-based Veeva CRM throughout European Pharma. In the last 12 months, the company has successfully deployed Veeva CRM across all major and many smaller markets in Europe for dozens of pharmaceutical organisations. According to executives, Aldaya’s background in project management of global CRM implementations for multinational pharmaceutical companies lends itself ideally to her new leadership role at Veeva Systems. “We are very excited to have Angelique on board,” said Dan Goldsmith, Veeva’s general manager, Europe. “In addition to her highly relevant credentials, Angelique brings enthusiasm and creativity to the European team. She has also earned accreditation in project management from the Project Management Institute and undertaken Prince2 training – the de facto standard in process-based methodology for project management used extensively by the UK Government and widely used in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally.
