Already have the app? Click “More” in the bottom right corner, then tap “My other events” (under your name), and find Veeva R&D and Quality Summit, Europe in the list.

Build your agenda with the app. Bookmark your top sessions, including the opening keynote where Novo Nordisk and Recipharm will discuss the development and manufacturing of new medicines and therapies.
Getting to Summit
Summit is at the Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center, and parking is available on-site. Shuttles will run to and from the Hilton Madrid Airport and Hotel Puerta America hotels.

Fast Check-in with Your E-ticket
Bring a valid I.D. and have your e-ticket ready to fast-track the onsite registration process (email from veevasummit25@eventreference.com). You are required to display your badge throughout the conference. The registration desk opens at 15:30 on 3 June, 07:00 on 4 and 5 June.
Join the Fun
Kick-off Summit with the Welcome Reception from 18:00 – 19:30 on Tuesday, 3 June. Connect with peers, network, and enjoy light refreshments in the Exhibition Space.
Connect with your community during the Evening Event, from 19:30 on Wednesday, 4 June at La Quinta de Jarama, a celebration of food, music, tradition, and dance. Transport will be provided, find details in the “Evening Event” section on the app. Badges must be worn to gain entry.
