Amy Landucci has had a successful 20+ year career in Pharmaceuticals and consumer healthcare. She spent her first 8 years of her career working in consulting across multiple pharmaceutical and medical device companies before moving to Novartis in late 2004. At Novartis, Amy held various IT and business roles in the US and Global organizations.
In 2012 Amy was appointed Chief Information Officer for the Novartis OTC Division where she led the organization through a complete IT transformation. In 2014 Amy took on the additional responsibility of leading the GSK integration for the OTC division as part of Novartis’ portfolio transformation. In March 2015 Amy was appointed Global Head, Digital Medicines where she was responsible for defining and delivering the “”beyond the pill”” strategy and solutions to accelerate Novartis’s entrance into Digital Medicines.

Dom Eaton is responsible for product development on the Vault platform, focusing on the Commercial Vault applications. A 27-year veteran of the life sciences industry, Chris started his career at ICI Pharmaceuticals (now AstraZeneca). Chris then joined a start-up called Kinesis, building a team delivering document management solutions for pharmaceutical companies. Through a series of mergers and acquisitions, Kinesis ultimately became PwC; Chris made partner with PwC in 2001. Chris went on to run both European and US (West Coast) life sciences business for IBM before leading the IBM global life sciences consulting Business Analytics and Optimization unit. Most recently, Chris was the lead partner for life sciences for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at EY.

Before leading the global OpenData team, Rebecca was vice president of Veeva OpenData North America, where she led the launch and growth of Veeva’s data offering. In her career, Rebecca has managed product teams, operational teams, sales teams, and delivery teams and has led hundreds of project initiatives. Rebecca’s diverse background in healthcare and life sciences makes her uniquely qualified to lead Veeva OpenData global products and services.
Arno Sosna is responsible for the strategic direction of all Veeva CRM products. Arno and his team ensure that Veeva delivers best-in-class products for managing customer engagement across all online and offline channels, with a focus on streamlined usability, rich functionality, and end-to-end customer success. He also represents Veeva as chief technology officer of Align Biopharma, an industry standards group dedicated to improving how healthcare providers engage life sciences companies.
Arno has extensive experience as a product manager and system architect of global CRM systems, and a background in life sciences that spans Rx, OTC, and animal health businesses. Prior to joining Veeva, he worked for Update Software AG and IDS Scheer implementing CRM solutions, and previously worked as a web-based application developer.

Most recently, Jan was leading the Life Sciences Sales & Marketing group in IBM Global Business Services, engaging at strategic level with top 20 Pharmaceutical companies on Customer Relationship Management, Closed Loop Marketing, Multi-Channel and Digital Marketing as well as Digital Asset Management. Prior to IBM, Jan set up and ran the European business for Proscape Technologies, the then leader in Closed Loop Marketing, successfully developing the market from inception, establishing the concept and leading the early implementations.
With a BSc in Engineering and an MSc in Business Administration from the University of Twente, in the Netherlands, Jan began his career at Cap Gemini, followed by a move to the UK where he worked with PWC Consulting.

I started in developmental research at Sanofi Research in 1998 and did after the most of my career in Medical Affairs as a support function in GlaxoSmithkline, Genzyme, Sanofi and now Astellas since 2013. Neil has worked in the Pharma industry for 27 years for Janssen, AstraZeneca, Astellas and BMS with a short time working for Veeva itself as Customer Success Manager.
During that time, he has worked in Business Information and Customer Data but his primary focus for the last 8 years has been customer relationship management.
Neil’s early roles were UK-focused but with Astellas and now BMS this has shifted to a European and Global level. His current projects with BMS involve the evolution of new alignment options in Europe, a coaching application for China and the CRM transformation of Japan. Alongside projects, he also manages the governance of change in Veeva CRM at BMS.
Away from work, he is still, just about, a keen sportsman playing cricket for his local team. With his Australian medical counterpart this love of Cricket is a source amusement with banter on our countries successes/failures and the topic of sandpaper. Neil also loves football (soccer to some) and have a season ticket at Oxford United.

Kasim El Bastani is a partner of C-Clear Partners, a company who specializes itself in CRM for Lifesciences. He graduated in computer sciences, but quickly realized that he was most passionate about understanding & improving business processes. Making an application user-friendly and as simple as possible is his goal. That is C-Clear Partners became the first European MyInsights Partner.
Niall is currently the Director, Commercial Excellence at Celgene. His role is within global marketing and is responsible for ex-US countries. He has been working at Celgene for more than 7 years, starting as an Associate Director, Business Excellence and then moving on to an Associate Director, Customer Intelligence, primarily focused in developing and implementing solutions for customer engagement effectiveness.

David trained as a nurse, specialising first in psychogenic pain and forensic psychiatry and subsequently in oncology. He joined the Japanese company Chugai in 1993 (which is now part of the Roche Group) and has worked in sales, medical Affairs and since 2008 in compliance. He is currently responsible for compliance for Chugai in the UK and leads the EU regional compliance network. He works in London through the week and escapes home to Scotland each weekend.

Jonathan is a Product Lead at Cvent where he leads product enhancements and initiatives that grow the capabilities of Cvent’s Enterprise solution. He has been with Cvent for over four years. After taking several positions in Business Technology, Kolja moved to Commercial Operations in 2011. Moving through different country in roles from “Midsize Market Support” to “Sales and Marketing Services Operations Lead in Germany” he joined the Regional Solutions Team EU in Pfizer in June 2018. In this role, he is mainly supporting implementation and continuous improvement of new digital channels into Pfizer’s CRM system.

Steffen Esche is a Senior Manager in PwC Europe’s Consulting practice. He has more than 12 years consulting experience advising clients especially in the Pharma and Life Science industry focusing on technology and regulatory-driven, global transformation initiatives as well as cutting-edge Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) management solutions. He specialised in managing large-scale front-office transformation programs as well as digitisation initiatives and has broad experience in international risk and compliance projects at global clients.
Samantha Knott joined Genentech, Inc (a member of the Roche Group) as Head, Global Medical Information (MI) in October 2016. Ian Hale began his working career as a Royal Marine Commando, specifically as a qualified sniper and weapons training officer, retiring after 12 years active service having served in Ireland, Iraq and a number of overseas deployments. He moved to Switzerland into a compliance role and onto Head of the International Advertising & Promotional (A&P) in 2012. During this time, he along with his team have transformed how CMLR operated across the international footprint with the introduction of a bespoke EAS system.

Hans Juergen Bogad has more than 20 years of experience working in the software industry with companies ranging from software consulting firms (EDB Business Partner and BREAKUP) to big software companies such as IBM and Microsoft. In the last three years, he has been working at Teva and is currently the CRM Lead for Europe and International Markets.
Davidek’s focus is in healthcare technology with a specialization in digital marketing, customer experience and brand launches. His background is in Biochemistry & Pre Med. Davidek was drafted to play Professional Basketball, a sport which he now enjoy coaching his boys. He is currently running a digital transformation program at Teva and working on AI and Machine Learning to create the next thing that shapes healthcare technologies.
Aram has been working for more than 14 years at diverse range of responsibilities inside the pharmaceutical industry. During his career he gained wide expertise in customer service, sales force effectiveness, project management and business intelligence.
After 3 years of Account Management experience in the Turkish market, he had the opportunity to work in Spain, Argentina and Mexico for 7 years in several regional CRM projects before returning to Turkey. He implemented the first syndicate HCP database in Argentina (2008) and first Veeva Opendata project in Turkey (2018).
Aram is currently the Commercial Excellence Lead of Thea Pharma Turkey where he conducts markets, business and opportunity analysis, CRM&DB administration, strategy development and also leads Veeva projects.
Alexander is the VP Product for Veeva Oncology Link and runs the Product team out of Frankfurt, Germany.
Alexander drives our Oncology Link vision to enhance the collaboration between pharma and scientific experts to fight cancer worldwide.
Prior to building Oncology Link, Alexander was leading our Consulting Services team and helped our customers launch the next generation of Oncology therapies globally.

Alexander brings 10+ years experience in industry and research, he holds a PhD in molecular pharmacology and is a licensed Pharmacist.
Emily ensures Veeva customers are successful with the Veeva Commercial Cloud through product innovation, strategic partnerships, and excellence in implementation delivery. She provides thought leadership and a zeal for designing solutions to complex problems, with more than a decade of experience in consulting technology, and commercial operations. Emily received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor of science in computer science from Georgia Tech.
As VP Veeva OpenData for Europe, Angelique Aldaya is responsible for Veeva’s data division in Europe.
Angelique brings over 20 years of relevant experience within Professional Services, of which 7 have been dedicated to the Life Sciences industry. Prior to joining Veeva, Angelique was vice president of Global and European Operations at life sciences CRM company, Cegedim. Prior to that, Angelique spent over a decade in various senior-level technology project management roles at NCR France, a solutions integration company. Angelique has extensive experience in building and managing professional services teams to serve life sciences users worldwide.
Angelique graduated from the Université Pierre et Marie Curie and earned a Masters of Computer Science from Paris VI University. She has also earned accreditation in project management from the Project Management Institute and undertaken Prince2 training. Angelique is fluent in French, Spanish and English.
Albert has vast experience working in the life sciences industry. He has worked two years and a half for a small CRO (Contract Research Organization) handling the data management and the statistical analysis of Clinical Trials for the industry. Following that, he joined Novartis, where he worked for more than fourteen years in different roles. Initially, he worked in the SFE department for the Spanish affiliate. He was involved in the first Siebel implementation of the company. In the Spanish affiliate, he managed the Sales and Marketing DataWarehouse providing support to many departments of the company.
In 2005 he joined the so-called “CRM Center of Excellence” to support the BI/Analytics initiatives for Europe and beyond. He had different roles during this period. For instance, in 2010, he took part in the initial Veeva Pilot done in Spain and Scandinavia managing the integration and back-office activities. In 2012 and 2013, he became the Applications Manager handling more than 20 countries for a total user base of around 8.000 users. During the last months in Novartis, he took the Commercial Analytics Lead position for Europe.
He joined Veeva in August 2014 as Customer Success Manager for Europe.
Abdelkader Batel is Head of the service professional practice for the Consumer Health Market.
He is working closely with sales and product teams to coordinate and conduct the delivery of digital solutions implementation dedicated to the Consumer Health Market. He is managing a team of 10 consultants across Europe to drive best in class implementation strategies and execution from start ups to large multi-national corporations.
As a Practice Manager, he contributes to the development of Veeva practice standards, scalability, policies, and processes. Abdelkader brings 12 years of experience in Life Science and technology. Prior Veeva, He worked in Sanofi Aventis, GE Healthcare & Euris for Life Science.
Abdelkader graduated from Skema Business School and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
Saleha has over 8 years of experience working with large Pharma companies in the data analytics and Account Management space. She is currently part of the Commercial Content Customer Success Management (CSM) team in Europe and is responsible for providing customers with post go-live support on Vault Promomats, Vault MedComms and Zinc MAPS. Saleha’s role is to ensure customers maximise the value they receive from their Veeva solutions, are educated on Vault releases, best practises and existing functionality.
Samuela has 11 years of experience in Life Science industry implementing technology solutions for sales and marketing departments.
Starting in 2007 in Accenture as Consultant in Life Science, she supported more than 20 Pharmaceutical and Consumer Health companies in regional and global CRM implementations, transitioning from on premises solution to the latest Veeva cloud.
She also dedicated the last 6 years advisoring and supporting clients implementing multichannel initiatives and embracing the digital transformation, discovering the power of the digital and social media channels in a highly regulatory industry.
Eduard has 7+ years of experience in the consultancy world impementing technology solutions and improving the customers’ processes.
He spent the last 3 years in Veeva developing implementation methodologies and best practices. Now he is the Southern Europe Team Lead for Multichannel CRM and part of his day-to-day activity is to involve his team in the best practices and finding always the improvement of our customers in using Veeva Suite.

Erik is a Senior Product Manager for Veeva CRM, specifically focused on Events Management, Engage Webinar and Medical CRM. He is an IT engineer by background, and has joined Veeva in 2013 as a technical consultant focusing on custom integrations and custom developments on the SFDC platform. After three years, he took on the role of Solution Architect for global programs (Amgen MEA, Sanofi Vaccines, Sanofi CHC, and Ipsen global). After a few years as a Solution Architect, he has evolved to his current Senior Product Manager role.
Charlotte is responsible for supporting customers upgrade seamlessly from Zinc to Vault PromoMats by providing excellent training and communications.
With over 20 years of working directly in the pharmaceutical industry, in various roles including sales, training and marketing at Pfizer, Roche and Boehringer Ingelheim, Charlotte has had many opportunities to work closely with many organisations, and support them in change management.
As part of the EU Customer Success Team, Sally works with Veeva customers to ensure they are educated and informed about the business value they can gain from using our product effectively and efficiently.
Prior to Veeva, Sally worked at Allergan in a number of different roles within the Sales Operations and Business Intelligence area. During her time, she was fortunate to be the business lead for the salesforce.com CRM implementation, worked on a bespoke Territory Alignment Management system and delivered on a Master Data Management and Data Quality strategy for Europe.
Sally credits her experience at Allergan as invaluable to her current role at Veeva as she can demonstrate and understand the customer perspective having walked a few miles in those shoes.
Avril England is the general manager of Veeva Vault, a fast-growing cloud software platform and suite of applications to manage content, data, and business processes for life sciences and other regulated industries. Under Avril’s leadership, Veeva Vault has grown to represent 40% of Veeva revenues.
Avril has more than 20 years of experience building and scaling product teams, including 15 years at innovative software-as-a-service companies. She was a key contributor in two successful IPOs and played leadership roles at world-class organizations including Oracle’s PeopleSoft, Cisco’s WebEx, and IBM’s DemandTec.
Avril holds a bachelor of commerce honors degree from Queen’s University in Ontario, Canada, and has received numerous professional and academic awards.
Andrew Fuchs has brought more than 20 years of operational innovation and strategic leadership to his current role at Veeva Systems. He joined Veeva in 2013 as part of the commercial strategy organization supporting the launch of Veeva CRM Events Management and Veeva Align. He is the market owner for Nitro and remains involved in global partner development for Veeva’s event management technologies. Before joining Veeva, Andrew started his career in sales administration at US Surgical, a medical devices company. He next spent over four years consulting at KPMG and C3i, focusing on implementing solutions for government pricing compliance and the CRM in life sciences. Lastly he spent 10 years with Boehringer Ingelheim in various roles in commercial operations and commercial excellence, in both the US and in Ingelheim, Germany, where he oversaw the global multichannel CRM program and the initiative to migrate to Veeva solutions.
With nearly 25 years in the healthcare arena, and diverse experience in commercial and medical organizations internationally, Robert brings a skill set and perspective that is rare among pharmaceutical professionals. His expertise includes both domestic and international sales and product marketing, and deep experience in medical affairs, strategic operations, administration, and staffing. In his current role, he guides medical affairs organizations globally to leverage technology and data to enhance scientific engagement and scientific communications strategies in today’s increasingly complex medical landscape.
Stacy Hardie is an Associate Director for Veeva and is responsible for the management of the Multichannel Content Partner Program in Europe and Latin America. The Veeva Multichannel Program consists of a strategic network of over 400 global partners. Prior to joining Veeva, Stacy worked as a Digital Transformation Manager at a digital agency, managing Global and European campaigns. Stacy is also a Women in Tech mentor at the London Business School, one of the best business schools in the world (consistently ranked within the top 5 schools worldwide).
Brian Harper has spent more than 20 years in life sciences, with 10 focused on promotional materials. He started his career as a primary care sales representative for Pfizer in southern New Jersey. Brian then transitioned to business development and marketing and account management roles in medical education agencies, working with the pharmaceutical industry’s largest brands and most successful launches. Prior to joining Veeva Systems as Senior Director of Medical Content Strategy, Brian spent 10 years at Shire Pharmaceuticals. At Shire, he held roles of increasing responsibility in marketing and marketing operations, including leading a global team of marketers focused on developing innovative educational content for healthcare professionals.
Felicity is part of the Commercial Content Customer Success Management team in Europe. As part of the CSM team, Felicity provides post go-live support to Vault Promomats, Vault MedComms and Zinc MAPS customers. Felicity’s role is to ensure Veeva customers maximise the value they receive from Veeva solutions and are educated on Vault releases, best practices and existing functionality. Manaphan is the Senior Director of Product Management for Commercial Content products. He is passionate about making products that customer’s love to use and building software solutions that make the complex simple. Prior to Veeva, he spent over 15 years supporting, implementing, and building sales and marketing automation software across multiple verticals and geographies. He received a MS in Computer Science from Boston University and a BBA in MIS from the University of Texas at Austin.
As a Product Manager for Veeva CRM in Europe, Jörn is responsible for ensuring that Veeva CRM product capabilities are aligned to the regional and local business needs. He is focused on the DACH region to support our German speaking customers.
Jörn has 10+ years experience in the Life Science Industry with deep expertise in OTC and Prescription Medicine businesses. He started his career as IT-Consultant and managed projects in the pharmaceutical industry where he dealt with infrastructures, CRM, ERP and BI systems. Huw Jenkins is Veeva’s Senior Manager for Strategy in Digital Asset Management. Huw has 20 years’ experience in providing marketing technology solutions focused on Digital Asset Management and Content Localisation.
Patrick is a Principal Product Manager for Veeva Network in Europe. His responsibilities include the transformation of customer requirements into product functionality, as well as the communication of the product roadmap. His focus is on maximizing the value that customers get out of Veeva Network by designing and delivering innovative product features for the European region. As the Director for Network and Align Services in Europe, Ben is responsible for ensuring high quality implementation projects for OpenData, MDM and Align customers across the region. Ben comes from a data and integration background and has spent the last 15 years working in Services, mainly in the Life Sciences Industry but also with experience in the Public Sector.
Ben began his career with Accenture and spent 10 years working with Enterprise customers, learning about the industry and experiencing a broad range of projects, roles and delivery methodologies. He joined Veeva at the end of 2014 as a data focused Senior Consultant, in 2016 he took the role of Practice Manager for EU Network Services and has since taken ownership for Align Services as well.
Currently based in Manchester in the UK, Ben has a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Durham University.
Bastien is an experienced product manager. As Director, Product Management CRM he is responsible for defining the global product direction for pharmacy sales processes. He has been working in CRM software companies for life sciences since 2004 as Support Specialist with Cegedim, CRM-CLM Project Manager, and lastly, Product Manager for a French cloud start-up. Bastien joined Veeva as a Product Manager more than 7 years ago. His main rola was to ensure that Veeva CRM product capabilities were aligned to both regional and local business needs.
Bastien holds a bachelor degree in Geopolitics and International Relations, and a Master’s degre in Business Administration from Winthrop University. He has lived in the US for a few years and then settled back in France with his 2 sons. He speaks fluent English and French.
As a Product Manager for Veeva Align and Veeva CRM in Europe, Neal is responsible for ensuring that those products meet the needs of Veeva’s customers in the region.
He has almost 15 years of experience working in the CRM space across Europe, with the last 6 years focussed on Life Sciences where he has played key roles in implementing Veeva CRM for global enterprise customers.
Neal holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science from the University of Kent (UK).
As part of the CSM team for Commercial Content, Geoff’s role is to ensure that Veeva’s customers maximise the benefit and value they receive from Commercial Content Veeva Vault products they use. Prior to working for Veeva, Geoff has spent the past 17 years in the content management space and has worked as a Technical Trainer, Consultant, in Professional Services Sales and just prior to joining worked as in the Cloud hosting space for enterprise content management.
With nearly 20 years of life sciences CRM experience, Caroline is a Customer Success Manager. She works with Veeva customers to ensure they are educated and informed about the business value they can gain from using our products effectively and efficiently.
Prior to Veeva, Caroline worked at AstraZeneca within the Sales & Marketing Operations area, responsible for building the CRM team of the French affiliate. Prior to that, she spent 7 years at Cegedim.
She graduated from Skema Business School and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
As a Principal Product Manager for Veeva Network Fernando is responsible for designing features or functions of the product. During the involvement with the entire product lifecycle the activities performed include definition of product requirements, strategy, and roadmaps, perform product demos to customers, overseeing development of features, and providing product support to Veeva sales, marketing, and implementation teams.
Fernando has been working in the life sciences industry since 2008 in Bayer as a consultant developing applications to support EuroServices Bayer processes and functions. He started his carrer at Veeva in 2011 as a product support engineering making his way into professional services and finally into product management for Veeva Network where he has grown with the product from the very beginning working in several areas of the best in class cloud based customer master applicaiton for the life sciences industry.
Fernando graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (US) with a bachelo’r degree in Compute Engineering and hold’s a master degree in Management Information Systems. He also completed a master’s degree in SAP R/3 consulting from the Univeristy of La Salle (Barcelona).
Tobi started his career as a scientist in labs at the German Cancer Research Center in Heidelberg and at the Scripps Research Institute in San Diego. This experience brought him into contact with different life science companies one of them was Astra Zeneca, his first employer and choice in the industry.
Throughout more than eight years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry as sales rep, in the marketing, as Key Account Manager and as sales manager Tobi fell in love with CRM.
Within the life science industry, he worked with different software and SaaS solutions and was part of the implementation of different Pharma – CRM solutions as user and as project manager.
Loic joined Veeva in July 2015 after having spent 15 years working in the pharmaceutical industry (Bristol-Myers Squibb) in diverse functions (from IT Procurement to Marketing). Loyd joined Veeva during the Summer of 2017, after having spend 8 years in the Content Management space as a Senior Consultant and Customer Success Manager and an overall 16 years working in technology solutions, with leading positions within Business and IT.
As Sr. Product Manager of Veeva CRM in Europe, Leticia is responsible for Veeva CRM Multichannel in Europe (CLM, Approved Email, Vault integration, Engage Meeting, Engage for Portals, CoBrowse, and Consent Capture). Is also deeply involved in GDPR product-related conversations.
Leticia brings over 10 years of relevant Pharma industry experience. Prior joining Veeva, Leticia was managing global IT projects in one of the top 10 Pharma companies in Europe. Prior to working in the Life Sciences area, Leticia acquired experience in IT project management and Business analysis in several other industries.
Leticia holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Technical University of Oviedo (Spain) combined with a 2-year placement in the Technological University of Denmark. Leticia also earned accreditation in project management form the PMP institute and holds the Prince 2 practitioner accreditation.
Leticia is fluent in Spanish, English and is proficient in Danish.
Chris Wade works as part of Veeva’s Commercial Strategy team in Europe, and is focused on leading the company’s multichannel strategy in the region.
Prior to joining Veeva, Chris was Business Director at Doctors.net.uk, leading their online marketing and education programmes for companies including Eli Lilly, Novartis, and Roche. Chris has deep experience of CRM, Business Intelligence, and Business Consulting through formative years at organisations such as Dendrite, IMS Health, and PWC Consulting.
Chris has a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University in Australia, and started his career with a small software development company specialising in mobile messaging solutions, before moving to the UK in 1997 to join Dendrite.
