Through a series of mergers and acquisitions, Kinesis ultimately became PwC; Chris made partner with PwC in 2001. Chris went on to run both European and US (West Coast) life sciences business for IBM before leading the IBM global life sciences consulting Business Analytics and Optimization unit. Most recently, Chris was the lead partner for life sciences for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at EY.

Tom Schwenger is president and COO, responsible for strategy, sales, and services. With more than 25 years of life sciences industry expertise, Tom has built high performing teams driving strategy and technology transformations for many of the world’s top pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies.
Prior to Veeva, Tom dedicated most of his career to helping companies advance how medical treatments are discovered, developed, and delivered to patients around the world. David Logue is Veeva’s Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy and is responsible for the strategy of Veeva Commercial Cloud in Europe. Michael Mosley is one of the BBC’s most recognizable faces, responsible for some of the most high-profile science and history documentaries of recent years. He is best known for the Horizon documentary Eat, Fast, and Live Longer, and a bestselling companion book, The Fast Diet, co-authored by the Evening Standard journalist Mimi Spencer.
Michael studied PPE at Oxford, and first worked as an investment banker before realizing this industry was not for him. He retrained as a doctor at the Royal Free Hospital in London but soon realized that the medical field was not for him either! At that point, he joined the BBC and hasn’t looked back ever since. Parker Richardson is the Director of Global Content Strategy & Standards at GlaxoSmithKline. During 2018 and 2019 Parker led the enterprise digital asset management & copy approval program implementing Promomats across the entirety of GSK’s footprint and enabling a data revolution at scale. With over 6,000 users, Promomats is GSK’s single source of content and now includes a content planning feature, standard briefing documents as well as other Veeva tools such as Brand Portal. Albert has vast experience working in the life sciences industry. He has worked two years and a half for a small CRO (Contract Research Organization) handling the data management and the statistical analysis of Clinical Trials for the industry. Following that, he joined Novartis, where he worked for more than fourteen years in different roles. Initially he worked in the SFE department for the Spanish affiliate. He was involved in the first Siebel implementation of the company. In the Spanish affiliate, he managed the Sales and Marketing DataWarehouse providing support to many departments of the company.
In 2005 he joined the so called “CRM Center of Excellence” to support the BI/Analytics initiatives for Europe and beyond. He had different roles during this period. For instance in 2010, he took part in the initial Veeva Pilot done in Spain and Scandinavia managing the integration and back-office activities. In 2012 and 2013, he became the Applications Manager handling more than 20 countries for a total user base of around 8.000 users. Callum Hawes works as part of Veeva’s Commercial Content Strategy team in Europe, and is focused on leading the Company’s Medical Communications Strategy in the region. In practice, this means working closely with Veeva’s new and existing customers on optimizing and centralizing their scientific content – and more recently in bringing new capabilities to market around end to end medical enquiry management. Prior to joining Veeva, Callum was responsible for customer insights at Zinc Ahead.
Felicity is part of the Commercial Content Customer Success Management team in Europe. As part of the CSM team, Felicity provides post go-live support to Vault Promomats, Vault MedComms and Zinc MAPS customers. Felicity’s role is to ensure Veeva customers maximise the value they receive from Veeva solutions and are educated on Vault releases, best practices and existing functionality.
As Team Lead Multichannel CRM SMB Roxanne is responsible for delivering successful CRM implementations to our SMB customers. With more than 9 years consultancy experience in the Life Sciences Industry she spend the last 5 years at Veeva working closely with SMB customers across Europe and has been involved in a large number of small and medium size implementations.

As Practice Manager for Commercial Content, Joe leads the Services team which delivers PromoMats and MedComms in Europe. He is responsible for ensuring project success and strong execution for each of our ongoing programs. Prior to his current role, Joe spent 5+ years implementing Veeva Vault in both Europe and the US. He focused primarily on PromoMats and DAM, and is responsible for deploying Vault to over 30 of our customers.
As a Practice Manager Sandra is leading the CRM Managed Services team in Europe. She is responsible for keeping a close relationship with Customers that are using our value-add consulting service after implementation.

As a Product Manager for Veeva Vault MedComms, Richard’s focus is making sure that Veeva’s dedicated Vault for medicual users meets their specific needs. He is responsible for owning the product roadmap, designing and overseeing the development of new features, delivering product demos and working with customers to ensure the requirements they have are fulfilled by the product.

I joined Veeva in 2019 after 12 years in architecture and digital transformation advisory at global companies. In my past 18 years I have worked with business and IT teams to deliver technology solutions in response to business problems. I have an Msc. in Computer Sciences and Bsc. in Economics.

As a Product Manager for Veeva Vault PromoMats, Emma’s focus is making sure that PromoMats accelerates customers review and distribution of compliant content and enables global reuse with built-in digital asset management. She is responsible for owning the product roadmap, designing and overseeing the development of new features, delivering product demos and working with customers to ensure the requirements they have are fulfilled by the product.

As the Director for Network and OpenData Services in Europe, Ben is responsible for ensuring high quality implementation projects for OpenData & MDM customers across the region. Ben comes from a data and integration background and has spent the last 15 years working in Services, mainly in the Life Sciences Industry but also with experience in the Public Sector.
Ben began his career with Accenture and spent 10 years working with Enterprise customers, learning about the industry and experiencing a broad range of projects, roles and delivery methodologies. He joined Veeva at the end of 2014 as a data focused Senior Consultant, in 2016 he took the role of Practice Manager for EU Network Services and has since taken ownership for OpenData Services as well.
Currently based in Manchester in the UK, Ben has a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Durham University.
As Director, Product Management CRM Bastien is responsible for defining the global product direction for Pharmacy Sales processes. He has been working in CRM softwares for Life Sciences since 2004 as Support Specialist with Cegedim, CRM-CLM Project Manager, and finally product manager for a French cloud start-up. Bastien joined Veeva more than 7 years ago, as a Product Manager where he ensured that Veeva CRM product capabilities were aligned to the regional and local business needs.
Bastien holds a bachelor degree in Geopolitics and International Relations, and a Master’s degre in Business Administration from Winthrop University. He has lived in the US for a few years and then settled back in France with his 2 sons. Fluent in English and French; desperately tries to also speak German when possible.
Miki leads the Product Management team for the Veeva Network product. He has been in the software product management for more than 10 years, working on the SaaS business applications and helping customers achieve success.
As a Solution Consultant, Irina is responsible for identifying business requirements and providing best practices for commercial content through tailored demonstrations. As the Subject Matter Expert on medical content and inquiry management, she works closely with customers, ensuring they have consistent and compliant medical communications across all channels and geographies.
Prior to joining Veeva, as an Account Executive for a global provider of enterprise cloud computing, she helped her customers through their journey of digital transformation.
John leads Veeva’s Content Partner Program in Europe. The Program enables a strategic network of over 450 partner agencies to support Veeva’s customers across the entire content journey. Prior to joining Veeva, John worked at multiple healthcare communications agencies in a range of commercial and digital roles.
As the Operations Director for OpenData Europe, Vincent is responsible for data sources integration and automation, OpenData evaluation pre-sales activities and Professional Services support during project implementation.
Vincent graduated from ENSEIRB-MATMECA engineering school with a specialisation in data processing. He started his career in the telecommunication industry, then moved to Cegedim/IQVIA to serve Pharma Industry and finally joined Veeva in 2015 to launch OpenData product in Europe.
As part of the CSM team for Commercial Content, Geoff’s role is to ensure that Veeva’s customers maximise the benefit and value they receive from Commercial Content Veeva Vault products they use. Prior to working for Veeva, Geoff has spent the past 17 years in the content management space and has worked as a Technical Trainer, Consultant, in Professional Services Sales.
With nearly 20 years of life sciences CRM experience, Caroline is a Customer Success Manager. She works with Veeva customers to ensure they are educated and informed about the business value they can gain from using Veeva products effectively and efficiently. Previously, she had spent 6 years at Veeva deploying CRM projects across Europe as a Project Manager.
Prior to Veeva, Caroline worked at AstraZeneca within the Sales & Marketing Operations area, responsible for building and leading the CRM team of the French affiliate. She started her career at Cegedim.
She graduated from Skema Business School and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
As a Principal Product Manager for Veeva Network Fernando is responsible for designing features or functions of the product. During the involvement with the entire product lifecycle the activities performed include definition of product requirements, strategy, and roadmaps, perform product demos to customers, overseeing development of features, and providing product support to Veeva sales, marketing, and implementation teams.
Fernando has been working in the life sciences industry since 2008 in Bayer as a consultant developing applications to support EuroServices Bayer processes and functions. He started his career at Veeva in 2011 as a product support engineering making his way into professional services and finally into product management for Veeva Network where he has grown with the product from the very beginning working in several areas of the best in class cloud based customer master application for the life sciences industry.
Fernando graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (US) with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and hold’s a master degree in Management Information Systems.
Reinaldo brings over a decade of relevant experience on Life Science and more than 20 years on information technology. Since graduated on Computer Science from the Universidad Simón Bolivar, Reinaldo has focused on data and solution integration both in Europe and the Americas. Reinaldo is fluent in Spanish and English. As Senior Director for Veeva OpenData Europe, Reinaldo is responsible for execution on the product direction by managing the roadmap process.
Tobi is currently the Head of Align strategy for Europe. He started his career as a scientist in labs at the German Cancer Research Center in Heidelberg and at the Scripps Research Institute in San Diego. This experience brought him into contact with different life science companies one of them was Astra Zeneca, his first employer and choice in the industry.
Throughout more than eight years of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry as sales rep, in the marketing, as Key Account Manager and as sales manager Tobi fell in love with CRM.
Within the life science industry, he worked with different software and SaaS solutions and was part of the implementation of different Pharma – CRM solutions as user and as project manager.
Loic joined Veeva in July 2015 after having spent 15 years working in the pharmaceutical industry (Bristol-Myers Squibb) in diverse functions (from IT Procurement to Marketing). He decided to join Veeva to pursue new opportunities and embark on a new journey joining an innovative and fast growing company.

As General Manager for Veeva Global OpenData, Rebecca leads a dedicated team of product managers, data stewards, and services professionals to deliver a superior reference data experience for Veeva customers.
Before leading the Veeva OpenData team, Rebecca was Vice President of Professional Services in North America, where she directed the successful implementation of Veeva’s suite of commercial products for some of the world’s most prominent pharmaceutical companies.
In her career, Rebecca has managed operational teams, sales teams, and delivery teams of over 125 people, and has led hundreds of project initiatives. Rebecca’s diverse background in life sciences makes her uniquely qualified to lead Veeva OpenData products and services.
Harvey Thandi is part of the Commercial Solution Consulting team. Harvey has over 15 years of experience in providing integrated, cloud-based, best-of-breed technologies to the life sciences industry. As subject matter expert for multichannel and medical CRM, and through tailored demonstrations, Harvey enables companies to achieve their commercial and medical goals of getting treatments to patients faster.
As a senior member of the commercial solution consulting team, Eleni is a trusted technical advisor for small and large life sciences companies. She is uncovering the qualities of Veeva’s offerings to our customers across Europe with value sell product demonstrations. Before Veeva she was working to help equip engineers and scientists with systems that accelerate productivity, innovation, and discovery.
As a Solution Consultant, Jean-Michel is a part of the Commercial Solution team. He is responsible for demonstrating Veeva’s Commercial offerings to Life Sciences customers across Europe. Jean-Michel covers Multichannel CRM with deep expertise in Customer Reference Data, and through tailored demonstrations, he enables companies to achieve their commercial goals. Prior to Veeva, he worked 6 years at Cegedim/IQVIA in OneKey Product Management where he helped expand the product to new Services and Geographies.
Bas is an experienced Life Sciences professional with more than 17 years experience in the Industry. He has worked in both IT, as well as in business functions for leading companies like Pfizer and Amgen.

Loyd Vidal is part of the Customer Success Management team in Europe for Commercial Content customers. He looks after our customers to ensure they leverage the tools they have, maximize people and process adoption. As a CSM, he aims to sharpen the customer’s product knowledge to have a continuous improvement of their processes, as well as advise and educate them to increase the value they are receiving from the solution, identify pain points and work to solve them with their and our internal teams.
Loyd joined Veeva during the Summer of 2017, after having spend 8 years in the Content Management space as a Senior Consultant and Customer Success Manager. He has an overall 16 years working in technology solutions, with leading positions within Business and IT.
Chris Wade works as part of Veeva’s Commercial Strategy team in Europe, and is focused on leading the company’s multichannel strategy in the region.
Prior to joining Veeva, Chris was Business Director at Doctors.net.uk, leading their online marketing and education programmes for companies including Eli Lilly, Novartis, and Roche. Chris has deep experience of CRM, Business Intelligence, and Business Consulting through formative years at organisations such as Dendrite, IMS Health, and PWC Consulting.
Chris has a Bachelor of Commerce from Deakin University in Australia, and started his career with a small software development company specialising in mobile messaging solutions, before moving to the UK in 1997 to join Dendrite.
