Emma has over 15 years of experience in content management, MLR review, and process optimization. She specializes in building efficient content ecosystems that drive operational success. Passionate about delivering value and end-user efficiency, she has ensured the evolution of Vault PromoMats to meet business needs and strategic goals. Her high-profile projects include five to one local to global Vault migration, tier-based review MLR framework, enabling DAM, and claims and content portals in Vault PromoMats.

Johan has 15+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, both on the customer and partner side. As global omnichannel CRM activation lead at Astellas, he is a core member of the content and customer engagement platform team. He oversees roadmaps, improvements, and implementation of the Veeva Vault CRM Suite based on a GDO model launched on OpenData and managed by Network and Align. He works cross-functionally with commercial and medical teams, supported by Link Key People data and Workflow enablement, and is focused on improving customer journeys using MyInsights Studio and enhancing Astellas’ omnichannel capabilities with initiatives such as Engage Connect and Events Management.

Huw is a dedicated and driven strategy leader with over 20 years of experience in content strategy, marketing technology, and content production. He has recently played a key role in advancing the commercial global omnichannel strategy for Astellas, with a focus on enhancing customer engagement and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Jaz is a global lead for data science at Bayer Pharma, working with local and global data teams to harmonise data strategy and activation. He has over 15 years of experience in pharma data and analytics such as product optimisation, demand modelling and forecasting, targeting and segmentation, impact attribution, app development, agentic workflows, and social media analytics. He has honed a skillset adept in translating complex or opaque data science concepts and models into tangible business practice and application.

Hari is the business capability lead for the commercial data foundation at Bayer Pharmaceuticals, where he spearheads strategic data initiatives aimed at maximizing the potential of commercial data. His efforts drive innovation and informed decision-making on a global scale for key brands and new product launches. With a passion for enhancing business processes, Hari is dedicated to continuous innovation and uncovering new opportunities through data-driven analysis. He brings over 22 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, collaborating closely with sales and operations teams to identify and implement AI and analytics solutions that meet business needs and address challenges.

Stefan is an IT professional on the interface to business with more than 20 years experience, specializing in the life sciences industry for the last decade. Stefan introduced Veeva CRM and Veeva OpenData on a global scale at Bayer Pharma, and he is now driving the migration to Veeva Vault CRM to turn data into valuable insights.

Andreas began his career in 1997 as an IT specialist in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on ERP systems. In the 2000s, he transitioned into the business side as a CRM manager. After several years, he left the industry to work as an independent IT consultant, gaining valuable experience through international projects. In 2018, he joined Boehringer Ingelheim and has since led the customer engagement operations team.

Andreas is an experienced leader in medical affairs, currently serving as director of medical excellence operations at Daiichi Sankyo Europe GmbH. With a background in biomedical research and over 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry, he has held roles of increasing responsibility across medical operations, field medical excellence, and customer engagement. His career has been marked by a strong focus on digital transformation, cross-functional collaboration, and enabling personalized scientific exchange through innovative solutions. Andreas is passionate about shaping medical affairs into a strategic pillar that delivers value to both healthcare professionals and patients.

Vangelis has over 20 years of experience at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and data science. He is currently the CEO of Epikast, partnering with biopharma companies as they engage their most important stakeholders. Previously, Vangelis was a consultant at McKinsey and co-founder of Intelligencia, a software company that utilizes AI to assess and reduce the risk of clinical trials. He served in various advisory boards, including the external review committee for the Technology Development Fund at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, the Alliance for AI in Healthcare (AAIH), and the dean’s advisory board for Cornell’s Bowers College of Computing and Information Science.

Nick is a pharmaceutical physician with over 25 years of industry experience including senior roles in the United Kingdom and Europe. He specializes in medical and pharmaceutical business ethics and established Ethos to provide education on these and compliance with law and industry codes including the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) Code of Practice. He has a special interest in the ethical and human challenges of AI in pharma.

Guillaume has worked in the pharma industry for over 19 years and with Veeva products for the last 15 years, managing implementation across Europe, Asia and America. He covers products including Veeva Vault CRM/CLM, Engage, Approved Email, Events Management, Align, Veeva PromoMats, Veeva MedComms and MedInquiry.

Anja is a strategic global leader with 20+ years of experience in pharma medical affairs, specializing in field medical excellence and global operations. She has driven initiatives across 40+ countries, optimizing external engagement through standardized processes, performance metrics, and innovative omnichannel strategies. Known for her expertise in change management and cross-functional leadership, Anja empowers teams to thrive during transformation while delivering meaningful medical outcomes. Passionate about healthcare innovation, she enhances stakeholder collaboration to achieve medical impact through strategic approaches.

Lucie has 27 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including 15 years in medical affairs at Allergan, Novartis, BMS, and Ipsen. Her expertise spans neurology, virology, immunology, oncology, and rare diseases. As global vice president of medical excellence at Ipsen, she oversees global medical publications, medical information, medical systems, medical training, and contracting. Lucie is an active member of the medical affairs professional society (MAPS), Ipsen ambassador for MAPS, and serves on the Veeva Medical Executive Council. She studied at De Montfort University, UK, and gained a BSc in pharmaceutical science and PhD in liposomal drug delivery systems in oncology.

Michael is executive director EMEAC medical & value capabilities at MSD. He has 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, starting his career at Eli Lilly in research. Before joining MSD in 2019, he worked 14 years at Amgen as the executive director and EU head for scientific affairs. Michael has spent most of his career in medical affairs, responsible for field medical teams, scientific exchange, research collaborations, medical communications, medical information, patient engagement, scientific training and development, and scientific publications.

Sonja leads the digital strategy and enablement team for Merck’s Global Medical and Evidence Generation organization, with the objective of increasing the quality and productivity of scientific exchange. She has over 25 years of experience in the life sciences tech industry and consulting, leading commercial strategy and transformation. Prior to re-joining Merck in 2024, Sonja led global strategy for Link Key People at Veeva. She has also held various leadership positions at Inizio Engage, Vynamic, Merck, and Accenture, where she led programs to create more relevant customer engagement through technology and analytics.

Eric is the executive director and operations lead in V&I at MSD. He focuses on enabling medical affairs and outcomes research to meet strategic objectives, ensuring alignment through key operational functions like technology and systems, project management, internal communications, analytics, curricula development, knowledge management, digital innovation, standards, financial stewardship, patient programs, and intake.​ With a proven track record of operational excellence and strategic leadership, his career includes roles as executive director in investor relations, chief of staff and head of strategy & operations for US medical affairs, and director and head of strategy & operations at the chief medical office.​

Jason is a global marketing operations leader who built Moderna’s medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review function from the ground up during a global pandemic. With deep expertise in Veeva systems, global content workflows, and cross-functional collaboration, he thrives on turning complex processes into scalable, practical solutions. Before entering life sciences, Jason worked as an air traffic controller, an experience that sharpened his focus under pressure. Jason’s career reflects a passion for building, problem-solving, and driving impact worldwide.

Tino is VP and head of marketing, market access and pricing at MoonLake Immunotherapeutics, a biotech company advancing care for patients with immunological diseases in dermatology and rheumatology. He has built and led MoonLake’s commercial team, shaping its global commercialization endeavours. Tino brings broad commercial experience across pharma and biotech, spanning go-to-market strategy, marketing, market access, and pricing in the U.S., Europe, and Japan. Prior to MoonLake, Tino was an associate partner at McKinsey & Company, supporting major product launches for both large pharma and emerging biotech clients. Earlier in his career, he worked in the strategic office at Lonza.

Raffaele is a proven pharmaceutical professional currently thriving in global roles focused on customer engagement. With a career spanning sales, marketing, and business leadership, he has led successful European product launches and strategic portfolio development. Raffaele holds a master in marketing and an executive MBA. He has spearheaded digital transformation initiatives, including omnichannel platforms and he brings a strong track record of innovation and cross-functional collaboration.

Sarah is an experienced digital transformation leader in the pharmaceutical industry, currently working as EU digital content and CRM business partner at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Europe Ltd. With a strong focus on customer-centricity, innovation, and operational efficiency, she drives the rollout of key platforms including Veeva CRM Engage Connect. As project manager for the Veeva Vault CRM migration, she leads cross-functional collaboration across Europe and champions CRM capability-building. A trusted advisor and subject matter expert, Sarah plays a critical role in streamlining content operations, enhancing omnichannel engagement, and guiding teams through complex digital change to deliver seamless, future-ready customer experiences.

Debbie is a visionary leader with a passion for leveraging technology to drive efficiencies and streamline processes. With 30 years of industry experience, she has deep understanding of pharma’s challenges and opportunities and excels at translating technical possibilities to commercial actuals. Debbie drives innovation and change within Otsuka Europe and in 2021 she received a Veeva Hero award. She has extensive knowledge in developing and delivering digital and multichannel capabilities, and a successful track record of driving transformational impact through change and project management, and effective influencing skills at all levels of an organisation.

Natalie has been a member of the Code of Practice Panel at the Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority (PMCPA) since 2018. Her current role as director of code development includes oversight of the evolution of the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) Code and PMCPA Constitution and Procedure. She is also currently a member of the International Federation of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Associations (IFPMA) Code Complaint Adjudication Group. She previously worked in the pharmaceutical industry in medical compliance and medical information roles at UK and European level.

Zuzana is a senior leader with 19 years of international experience across digital, commercial, consulting, and operational roles, with a strong focus on big pharma (Novartis, Sandoz) and MedTech. She has led large-scale digital and organizational transformations, including the design and deployment of platforms in the areas of CRM, marketing automation, omnichannel, customer service, and content management to drive innovation, efficiency, and simplification in major organizations. Known for her customer-centric mindset and collaborative leadership style, and having worked across the US, Switzerland, Denmark, and Czechia, Zuzana brings in a global perspective and passion for enabling impactful, sustainable digital change.

Yann has over a decade of experience driving digital and business transformation in the pharmaceutical industry. He has led global initiatives across multiple countries and therapeutic areas, successfully launching impactful digital solutions that enhance HCP engagement and improve patient outcomes. Combining strategic vision with hands-on execution, Yann is passionate about harnessing digital innovation to transform pharma and deliver real-world impact for healthcare professionals and patients alike.

Christoph is an experienced executive and pharma insider. He is a physician by training, holds a PhD and an MBA. He held roles in market access, commercial, R&D, and medical affairs on a local, regional, and global level. Lastly he was the scientific and medical lead at Janssen (JnJ) in Germany. At Veeva, he is responsible for Veeva’s global medical strategy.

Gill joined Veeva in 2019 after spending 25 years in the life sciences sector. She now leads global strategic accounts for Veeva Link, focusing on senior leader relationships.
Having spent most of her career in the pharmaceutical industry, Gill brings a wealth of healthcare and life sciences experience to her role within Veeva. She is passionate about developing solutions that benefit the relationships pharma has with HCPs and ultimately provide better outcomes and access to medicines for patients.

Callum leads Veeva’s medical information and medical content solutions in Europe. With ten years at Veeva, he has played a key role in developing and scaling the company’s medical information solution, which now supports more than 60 organizations globally. He is currently focused on bringing Veeva’s publications solution to market.

Emma leads the European commercial content strategy team and is responsible for Veeva’s market strategy and key customer and partner collaborations. She has 20 years of experience in life sciences, including 10 years in the management team at Zinc Ahead Ltd. where she delivered award-winning compliance software to the global pharmaceutical industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and biomedical physics from the University of Nottingham.

Philipp is passionate about innovation and technology in life sciences. He leads the commercial strategy team in Europe, responsible for driving digital transformation throughout the industry.

He strongly believes in the value of real-time, omnichannel insights and execution platform that builds on software, data, and analytics.

Before joining Veeva, Philipp advised healthcare companies as a partner at Boston Consulting Group and founded a company in educational technology. He studied biochemistry in Heidelberg and Oxford.

Michael leads strategy for Campaign Manager in Europe. He is responsible for the success and adoption of Veeva’s Marketing solution, driving a new paradigm for life sciences specific campaign management.

Prior to Veeva, Michael built and ran Marketing and Sales teams in venture funded healthcare companies. He’s also consulted healthcare companies for 6 years at McKinsey.

Michael is a medical engineer by training (TU Munich) and holds a PhD in informations systems research.

Manuel leads the strategy for Veeva Link. Before Veeva, he worked at McKinsey Digital in Frankfurt for 13 years. There, he helped clients from across the healthcare industry translate business needs into requirements for large, tech-enabled transformations.

Manuel holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and an MA in Philosophy.

Chris joined Veeva in 2018 as president of Veeva Europe to enable the European team to establish Veeva as the cloud platform of choice for the life sciences industry for its R&D and commercial activities.

A 35-year veteran of the life sciences industry, Chris started his career at ICI Pharmaceuticals (now AstraZeneca). He then joined a start-up called Kinesis, building a team delivering document management solutions for pharmaceutical companies. Through a series of mergers and acquisitions, Kinesis ultimately became PwC; Chris made partner with PwC in 2001. He went on to run both US (West Coast) life sciences and European business for IBM before leading the IBM global life sciences consulting Business Analytics and Optimization unit. Most recently, he was the lead partner for life sciences for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa Consulting at EY.

Chris holds a bachelor of science degree in information technology from the University of Salford.

As vice president of global CRM product management, Povilas defines the direction of all of Veeva’s CRM products. He is committed to ensuring close cooperation with customers and delivering on the promise of speed and innovation. Povilas has worked in the life sciences software industry since 2004, where he gained extensive experience building CRM solutions across various geographies and business areas within life sciences.

Wayne has worked in the life sciences industry in a variety of global sales, marketing, medical, and IT roles. He is passionate about developing solutions that enable life sciences companies to better engage with HCPs and payers.

Arno is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of all Veeva Commercial Cloud products. Together with his team, he ensures that Veeva delivers best-in-class products for managing customer engagement across all channels, with a focus on streamlined usability, rich functionality, and end-to-end customer success.

As president of Veeva Link and Veeva OpenData and Executive Vice President of Veeva Data Cloud International, Kilian is responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and product excellence of Link and OpenData.
Before joining Veeva, Kilian founded Mederi, a leading provider of global KOL data and services for life sciences companies. Veeva acquired Mederi in 2015, and he joined the Veeva team to build Veeva Link.
In 2016, Kilian was named to the prestigious PharmaVOICE 100, which annually recognizes the top 100 most inspirational and influential people in the life sciences industry.
