Sujin has joined Takeda Korea last December as a digital strategy lead and currently working with SFEs on the Veeva project to run pilot programs for multichannel engagement. She started her career as a MR at MSD Korea, experienced various projects in pharmaceutical marketing and PR agency called MMK Communications and prior to Takeda, Sujin has introduced and enhanced digital marketing programs at Hanmi Pharm for 6 years.

Yoobin is currently working as a Commercial Excellence & Digital Team lead in Bayer Korea and has more than 16 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry from sales and marketing to commercial excellence functions including market research, training, integrated brand planning, and sales excellence.

Kyoungho Ahn is working as the Chief Executive Officer of INNOBOOST, a company provides brand consulting services specialized in the pharmaceutical field. Previously Kyoungho had worked in a multinational pharmaceutical company. Based on his practical experience and knowledge in the field, he has consulted many effective brand strategies which cover advertisement development, campaign development, and various digital marketing solutions.

Hanna is working as a senior digital marketing manager in Lego Korea, responsible for developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy in the short-term and long-term to build brand equity in the market. Her experience has been through corporate communications, public relations, market research, branding marketing in Hyundai Motors, Samsung electronics and a few other global companies for more than 15 years.  

As a Senior Product Manager of Veeva Vault, Daniel is responsible for best-in-class and up-to-date product experience and knowledge in Asia regions. Daniel is also working as an interim Customer Success Manager role to support customers as well as internal Veeva teams proactively to be successful through product excellence. Before joining Veeva, Daniel has worked as an experienced IoT (Internet of Things), AR (Augmented Reality), PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) lead architect in Asia Pacific region with noted strengths in solution architecting and implementation. He has provided knowledge and expertise in all phases of IoT, PLM and ALM deployments including Strategy Services, Solution Architect and Application Design, Application Build, Quality Management and Adoption across various industry verticals including heavy industry, electronics and automotive.

Jaephil as a Customer Success Manager in Korea works to ensure the customers understand the value proposition that various Veeva modules can offer and make them leverage their maximum capacity. Jaephil’s main responsibility is to make sure the users adopt Veeva solutions well and maximize the usage so customers can experience the business efficiency and real Veeva value. Before joining Veeva, he has worked as Salesforce Effectiveness and Sales team in multinational pharmaceutical companies for more than 18 years. 

As a Solution Consultant, Ray is responsible for making sure the customers understand the systems during the sales cycle, including creating and delivering tailored software demonstrations to prospects and customers by developing a technical sales strategy to support CRM system and Commercial Vault. She has experience working in enterprise software of the healthcare industry over 10 years and has been a part of Veeva for more than 3 years now.

Yun, as a Services Consultant in Korea, she has been helping customers’ large and small implementation in Veeva multichannel and commercial content solution regionally. Also she is in charge of extended managed services in Korea for customer success. In prior to Veeva, Yun has worked as a digital marketing IT specialist in a multinational pharmaceutical company and application support engineer in an IT solution services provider.
