Her expertise spans Pharma, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, and Health Tech, focusing on driving growth and profitability. In her last role, Vibhuti led the Strategy and Commercial Excellence function for a billion-dollar India prescription business She spearheaded strategic development and execution, acquisitions and partnerships, digital transformation and sales and marketing strategies. Managing a sales force of over 10,000, Vibhuti has also excelled in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Sales Force Automation (SFA), capability development, data analytics and CRM management. The Covid-19 era marked a transformative chapter in her career. She led critical initiatives in sales transformation, business restructuring, and expansion into extra-urban areas, while driving omni-channel marketing campaigns and customer engagement. She also optimized manpower, created a ‘Single Source of Truth’ (SSOT) data platform, simplified processes and implemented large scale tech solutions During her consulting tenure, she had advised private equity clients and large corporations on investment decisions, designed strategies for top line growth, business transformation, market entry, commercial diligence and operating model redesign for Indian and global companies.

As Senior Director, Product Management Commercial Cloud, Giorgio is responsible for the definition and prioritisation of the roadmap for all Veeva CRM products, ensuring that Veeva delivers the best-in-class solution for the APAC region. Giorgio also supports the growth of the region and the expansion in new emerging markets, investigating and understanding the nuances of each country. Giorgio has worked in the pharma industry for over 13 years, evolving from a leadership role in EMEA support, to Professional Services to Product Management. He has managed regional and global CRM implementations for enterprise customers in both Rx and OTC at Veeva. Prior to joining Veeva in 2012, Giorgio worked at Eli Lilly as an external consultant for 9 years, leading their Regional Support CoE out of Italy and building knowledge in Clinical Operations, Global Product Safety, MedInfo, Sales and Marketing.
