Ukraine Response; No Disruption in Veeva Product or Service Delivery.
Veeva condemns Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and we are hopeful for a positive resolution. Our hearts go out to all the people impacted by this act of aggression. Veeva does not host any software in Russia or Ukraine nor does it have employees in Russia at this time. In addition, Veeva will not contract or sell products and services to Russian companies. Additionally, Veeva’s Information Security team is on high alert, with additional active geographic traffic monitoring as well as real time monitoring of government cybersecurity intelligence alerts.
U.S. Sanctions Related to the Provision of Cloud-Based Enterprise Management Software to Russia and Russian Entities.
These regulations are not applicable to Veeva to the extent Veeva provides its cloud-based services to a subsidiary of a U.S. company or a subsidiary of a company headquartered in a U.S. allied country. U.S. allied countries include, for example, EU member states, the United Kingdom, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, Turkey, Australia, New Zealand, India, Cyprus, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, and Mexico. Therefore, if a customer is headquartered in a non-U.S. allied country and has Russian subsidiaries or users, such customer must ensure that no such entities or individuals in Russia will have access to Veeva software.
