Veeva China CRM Suite Adds Embedded AI Agents to Drive Greater Productivity and Compliance
Proven with leading biopharmas, new intelligence delivers in-context guidance directly within daily workflows
SHANGHAI — Oct 23, 2025 — Veeva Systems today announced four Veeva AI agents are now available for Veeva China CRM Suite, embedding agents directly into the commercial workflows life sciences teams use every day. The new AI agents are built into China CRM Suite, the trusted solution for biopharmas to drive compliant, customer-centric engagement with healthcare professionals in China.
New Veeva AI for China CRM Suite agents for HCP engagement and events management include Magic Call Agent, Magic Notes Agent, Events Photo Auditor Agent all working with the Compliance Free Text Agent. A leading multinational pharmaceutical company is now live with the Magic Call Agent in China, using the voice AI capabilities to improve the efficiency and accuracy of their field data collection.

Veeva AI for China CRM Suite delivers new capabilities to improve commercial effectiveness and compliance, with a foundational suite available today and eight more new agents planned for this December.
For HCP Engagement: Capabilities available today focus on post-call capture. The Magic Call and Magic Notes agents enable voice-based reporting, preserving nuanced details while simplifying data entry. In December, capabilities will expand to in-call support and pre-call planning with the Semantic Content Search Agent, Pre-call Planner Agent, HCP Highlight Agent, and Ask HCP Agent, along with the Field Insights Agent.
For Events Management: Today's capabilities help with post-event analysis and compliance, with the Events Photo Auditor Agent verifying event photos. Other agents on the roadmap for this December include the Remote Meeting Analyzer Agent, Attendee Recommendation Agent, and an Ask Event Agent for logistical questions.
Underpinning all capabilities is the Compliance Free Text Agent, which provides a foundational layer of real-time compliance checks, ensuring a compliant-by-design approach for any free-text entry.
Veeva China CRM Suite is developed and hosted in China to meet local needs, while ensuring global governance and compliance through its seamless integration with Veeva Commercial Cloud’s global content and data solutions. The addition of Veeva AI now embeds intelligent capabilities directly into this connected and compliant foundation.
The innovation roadmap for Veeva AI in China CRM Suite continues with more industry-specific features planned for 2026. More details will be unveiled at the Veeva China Commercial Summit in Shanghai on October 23.
