Yes! Download the Summit mobile app or search ‘Veeva Events’ in the iOS or Google Play stores. When prompted to enter an email address, use the email address you used to register for Summit. Bookmark your must-see agenda sessions, view the zone maps, sign up for group discussions, and more.
Tip for a speedy check-in: Tap “More” on the bottom menu, then tap “My Registration Code” and present your QR code at the registration desk.
To join a group discussion, follow these four steps:
- Download the Summit mobile app or search ‘Veeva Events’ in the iOS or Google Play stores. When prompted to enter an email address, use the email address you used to register for Summit.
- Tap the “Group Discussions” banner on the homepage to browse available topics.
- Sign up for discussions on the topics you’re interested in by clicking on the discussions and clicking “Register”.
- Meet in the Connect Lounge in the Innovation Hub at the time of your discussion to join the group
