Dawn is the director of business technology solutions for AbbVie. Dawn is a results-oriented, collaborative IT Leader with 30+ years of progressive experience at AbbVie with a proven track record for consistently delivering great results no matter how complex the project. She is experienced in managing a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholders and collaborating across multiple teams in a matrix environment. Her experience at AbbVie includes working in areas such as manufacturing, regulatory, and most recently medical affairs. When she is not working, she is busy baking, planning parties and spending time with her family.

Glenniss Richards is a relatively recent arrival to pharma. When she was the second person to be hired as part of Bayer’s in-house media team in June 2021, she was coming from a background in the financial world. In just over two years, it has become clear that she brings an invaluable set of skills to her role as senior director, digital media activation. Glenniss has driven innovation with programmatic use of addressable TV and executing the adoption of alpha and beta tests with a variety of digital partners. These have, in turn, increased efficiency and demonstrated new capabilities. She has also expanded Bayer’s in-house digital capabilities and strengthened crucial partnerships, all while future-proofing the department in anticipation of a cookie-less world. Glenniss also helps the girls in her Girl Scout troop prepare for their futures, teaching them skills that will allow them to make a difference in the world.

Douglas has 29 years with Bristol Myers Squibb in sales. He has worked on several projects involving call HCP interactions, planning, call reporting, and employee communication. He works in central Texas including Austin, San Antonio, and the Rio Grande Valley.

At Bristol Myers Squibb, Sohni is responsible for defining the business strategy that drives the innovation and evolution of platforms used by BMS's global field and content teams across commercialization. An example initiative includes launching an optimization program intended to optimize the CRM configuration and translate the platform from an administrative tool to a true business enabler that will simplify and enhance the user engagement experience. Looking to the future, Sohni aspires to continue evolving our platforms to meet the needs of our commercialization stakeholders and, above all, their patients.

Michael has ~20 years of cardiovascular sales experience, as a sales representative, district business manager, and regional business director. He also held headquarters roles leading CV/Metabolics sales operations, worked in market access, planning and execution, area marketing manager, and field sales automation.

Janis has over 23 years of experience in the pharma industry, working in global roles across clinical and study operations and more recently within global business operations in commercial development.  Janis is currently employed by CSL as the director, customer engagement, medical affairs within global business operations.  She has extensive experience in feasibility, clinical contracts, trial master file and patient engagement.  In her current role, Janis provides leadership, global strategic oversight and guidance within medical affairs to ensure continuous improvement and commercial value is realized through enhanced capabilities and platforms.

Hamsini is a technology and operations professional with over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in commercial operations and data management with a demonstrated track record of developing and delivering innovative solutions to complex business problems.

Sophie has over 14 years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, payer, and finance industries, with a passion for building and leading high-performing teams focused on improving the lives of patients. Her expertise spans across digital transformation, data science AIML, RWE, digital health, precision medicine, launches, and major business transformations across multiple therapeutic areas. Sophie's primary areas of focus include enhancing the customer engagement experience, data and tech innovation, improving analytics capability, and optimizing business tools and processes. She collaborates with leaders from commercial, technology, and R&D teams to develop forward-thinking teams and capabilities and drive go-to-market strategies. She believes that advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions are poised to make a significant impact on the lives of millions of patients, while also serving as a key driver of business growth in the years ahead.

Gavin is the senior director of data strategy and analytics at Madrigal. He and his team are responsible for forecasting, data management (DW, MDM, & Data Aggregator), and analytics where he was responsible for building data and analytics capabilities to support Madrigal's first product launch. Prior to Madrigal, Gavin was at Trinity Life Sciences where he supported pre-launch/launch companies building out their data infrastructure. Before Trinity, he held various roles in commercial operations, sales operations, and data operations.

Frank has spent 26 years in the pharmaceutical industry, 16 at NNI. Frank balances his life as a dad, coach, and giving his time to his community. He currently leads the field systems team which aligns across the enterprise to provide customer facing technology solutions to commercial sales, medical, and market access within all of Novo Nordisk US operations. Over the years he has focused primarily on commercial execution, field sales, and incentive compensation, but also has a strong understanding of information systems, IT, and anything that supports customer-facing roles. Frank frequently guest speaks at industry conventions on topics near and dear to pharmaceutical sales and customer engagement. Frank’s approach to business is a combination of passion, team commitment, and a relentless drive for higher performance and improvement.

Wally serves as the chief information officer at Revolution Medicines, bringing a wealth of experience in leveraging technology to deliver insights, foster collaboration, enhance business processes, and improve efficiency. Wally played a key role in the early development of several molecular modeling software companies and did research in computational chemistry. Seeking a broader impact on research, he moved into research informatics, leading the implementation of novel decision support systems for drug discovery. Wally earned his Ph.D. in computational chemistry from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of California, San Diego.

Christine leads global content management operations and is the global product owner of PromoMats for Roche/Genentech. Christine was a principal member of the first big pharmaceutical company to successfully deploy Veeva Vault PromoMats on a global scale for both copy approval and DAM. Christine is a thought leader who has been a speaker/panelist at several conferences speaking about global content operations strategy, DAM, connecting content ecosystems with metadata/taxonomy, and modular content.

Rich is the executive director of customer experience and advanced commercial capabilities at Sobi North America. He oversees the development of CX strategy and capabilities across omnichannel, data science, AI, and virtual sales teams. Before he joined Sobi, Rich held CX, digital, and marketing roles at bluebird bio, Intarcia Therapeutics, and Ironwood Pharmaceuticals. He also led strategy and client services teams at Epsilon, Merkle, and Cegedim. He specializes in combining marketing, data, and technology to create and deliver customer experiences that accelerate business outcomes. Rich has a BS in Marketing from Bentley University.

Samer is the head of data, digital and technology in the oncology business unit at Takeda. He joined Takeda Oncology in October 2018 and has built a data, digital, and technology organization comprising of strong internal talent and foundational capabilities that are resilient along with impactful innovative solutions. Samer is also part of Takeda’s Oncology leadership team, enterprise data, digital and technology leadership team, and information and digital trust governance board. Before Takeda, Samer worked for Insulet, an innovative medical device company, where he held commercial digital and technology leadership roles in the US and Europe. Samers educational background is in software engineering. His passion is to bring in best-in-class customer and patient experiences using innovative solutions with agile ways of working.
