Alison oversees Review Committee Operations at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. In her current role as Associate Director, she is responsible for all aspects of the MLR process and acts as the business owner for PromoMats. In her six years at Regeneron, Alison has led two system implementations, including a Zinc to PromoMats migration in 2019. Elke has built a 25-year pharma/biotechnology career from a foundation of pharmacy practice experience. Instead of dispensing prescriptions and counseling patients, industry-based medical information has meant dispensing evidence-based information and relaying patient insights to internal teams, in addition to leading global teams and developing technical platforms. Elke pledged an oath to use her knowledge and skills to the best of her ability in serving the public. Louisa’s focus is on realizing value in Medical – from optimizing end-to-end data and insights to delivering a seamless high-impact experience for KOLs & HCPs. Louisa was previously at Accenture Consulting and EY Advisory in London.
Manish is a medical and R&D professional with over 20 years of experience at large pharma companies. Manish has led transformations for medical and commercial functions to develop go-to-market pre-launch and launch strategies. He has a strong passion for driving innovation with digital technology and bringing digital solutions to health care professionals and patients.
Mark Schulman leads Customer Insights at Veeva Crossix, a practice he founded in 2018. Since joining Crossix in 2013, he has worked in client services as a senior client advisor. Mark has over 20 years of analytics, marketing strategy, and management consulting experience and has worked closely with senior executives at numerous Fortune 100 and top 25 pharma companies.
Matt Porter has been providing innovative content solutions for life science customers for 20 years. He has been providing pre-sales solutions and demonstrations for the Veeva Vault commercial and medical pursuits since 2016. Starting in 2013, Matt has led enterprise Veeva Vault projects as a Senior Professional Services Consultant. His academic and professional background is in software engineering, sales, training, and consulting.
Matt has been leading Solutions Engineering for Veeva’s Crossix Analytics group since 2019. He has nearly a decade of life sciences experience in both client services and solutions engineering. His main areas of focus have been patient marketing and commercial analytics. Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
Megan Watson has been a part of the Nitro team since she joined Veeva in 2019. Her background includes over 20 years of experience with business applications, business intelligence, and data warehousing.
Michael has worked in data management and analytics in the life sciences industry his entire career. He is passionate about helping manufacturers solve complex problems using technology and simple designs. Most recently, Michael has been enjoying a focus on emerging pharma and biotech customers, looking to bring new and innovative treatments to market.
Michael McNichol has been working for Veeva for over five years, with a passion for Veeva’s Medical space. Before his current role, Matt was in Professional Services where he implemented products for Veeva’s customers, many of which were Medical CRM. In Matt’s current role, he focuses primarily on the Medical Suite which includes Medical CRM, MedComms, Link and the integrations between those products. Matt work closely with Strategy, Customer Success and Business Consulting in order to develop messaging and demos around Veeva’s Medical solutions.
MJ Guru is responsible for product and engineering for MyVeeva for Doctors. His background is in software engineering, enterprise business applications, and product management. MJ previously held senior technology and management roles at Workday, Peoplesoft, and startup companies. He has brought multiple products to market.
Natalie Hill joined Veeva in 2020 to lead Veeva Data Cloud’s customer success team, with responsibility for pre-sales support, customer onboarding, and product support. She has more than 20 years of experience in data and analytics supporting life sciences and has held roles in market research, product management, account management, and strategy. Natalie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Saint Joseph’s University.
Pierre is a Global Program Director at Veeva. His expertise is in: Global IT Deployments, Commercial IT Architecture, Agile Programs, Release Management, and Leadership of Distributed Teams.
Pierre considers himself a global citizen; he is a US/Austrian dual citizen, was born in Germany, married a Russian, and spends his time between the US and Europe.
Prath Krishnamoorthy is part of the Commercial Strategy, Business Consulting practice and has been the customer lead for all MyVeeva for Doctors implementations to date. Prior to Veeva, Prath was at two enterprise pharma customers specializing in commercial capability development, product launches, and M&A/co-promote activities. She also is an alumna of a management consulting firm specializing in global ERP deployments.
Shibani Misra joined Veeva as a data scientist on the Nitro team in December 2017. Last year, she transitioned to technical product management and has been actively contributing to shaping the data science platform vision for Nitro. Shibani has over 13 years of work experience in areas related to data with an academic background spanning engineering, statistics and data science. She is based out of the Pleasanton HQ.
Tom Marvel has been managing MyVeeva’s product team since the product launched in 2020. His academic and professional background is in economics and software and he previously held technical and management positions with Conga and Octiv.
Prior to joining Veeva, Wayne worked at AstraZenca for over 20 years. He held many different roles including global commercial excellence, marketing, and IT. He led the global deployment of multiple CRM and business intelligence platforms during his time at AstraZeneca. Wayne is now responsible for the integration of Link data into other Veeva platforms.
Whitney leads product management of the Crossix Data Platform. He was an early Crossix employee starting in 2009 and has been heavily involved in the design and implementation of a wide range of Crossix technologies, data, and analytics methodologies. Whitney also manages Crossix’s HIPAA certification which ensures Crossix Data Platform is privacy compliant.
AJ Velasco is an experienced, detail-oriented professional with seven years of experience in life sciences. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, AJ works with both enterprise and SMB customers to showcase how Veeva Commercial Cloud Products can positively impact their business. More recently, AJ has taken the role of an Events Management subject matter expert and works with customers to improve operations in the Events space.
Bethany recently joined the Veeva Digital Events team as Director of SMB Strategy. Prior to joining Veeva, Bethany spent many years on the agency side of the biopharma industry, focusing on emerging biopharma customers’ commercial strategy, speaker event and meeting planning, customer service, relations, and retention. Bethany’s academic and professional background allows her to keep abreast of industry trends and benchmarks, provide subject matter expertise, identify solutions and opportunities to grow partnerships with Veeva customers.
Richard is a Senior Product Manager for Veeva Vault MedComms. His focus is on making sure that Veeva’s dedicated Vault for medical users meets their needs. He is responsible for owning the product roadmap, designing and overseeing the development of new features, delivering product demos, and working with customers to ensure the requirements they have are fulfilled by the product. Prior to joining Veeva, Richard worked in the product management team at a global fintech firm, delivering quantitative finance solutions to banks and financial institutions.
Kal was born and raised in New York City and studied English and psychology at Columbia University for his Bachelor of Arts in 2016. He co-founded his first company, ResearchConnection, and lead the product team as CPO, building tools that profiled academics and facilitated student-mentor matching. After that, Kal spent three years working with healthcare data analytics software and KOL identification tools. Most recently, before becoming a product manager at Veeva, he was a Princeton in Asia Teaching Fellow at Can Tho University in Vietnam.
As an Insights Strategist, Jake works closely with customers to identify business needs and develop strategies and solutions to address those needs using Link and a deep understanding of clinical data. Jake’s expertise is in the oncology space, having held positions in industry, supplier/vendor, and non-profit organizations. Jake has over 10 years of experience with roles in business analytics, market research / competitive intelligence, market access, product positioning, and business development strategy.
Piers leads the CRM product management team across the Asia Pacific region, and is responsible for defining the direction of all Veeva CRM products in the region. He has been working in the life sciences software industry for over 20 years, spanning product management roles in both the US and Asia.
As a member of the Commercial Vault Services team, Justin works with customers to implement and enhance Vault PromoMats and Vault MedComms. He has helped customers of varying sizes, from SMB to Enterprise, with their PromoMats and MedComms implementations. Over his three years at Veeva, Justin has become a SME in several areas within Commercial Vault including Automated Claims Linking, eCTD Submissions, and Digital Asset Management.
Mike is passionate about the proliferation of data and the power of platforms driving digital transformation. His goals include inspiring a best-in-class customer experience through analytic; painting the art of possible while communicating the impact to the business; and establishing the governance to realize the value of a technology solution.

As a Consultant on the Network professional services team, Dan’s main focus is supporting the implementation of Veeva Network for customers of different sizes and various stages of commercialization. He has experience working across the Veeva Commercial Cloud, focused on how each system can integrate with Network Customer Master and other data domains.
Stacy Payne is a Director at Veeva with global responsibility for the Content Partner Program. The program consists of a strategic network of over 600 partners (agencies and digital factories), providing enablement across the content journey. Stacy formed the Agency Opinion Leader Forum, a Veeva initiative – a community of thought leaders collaborating to establish industry-wide standards on content, support agency excellence and improve agency-pharma relationships. She joined Veeva in 2015 having previously worked at agencies inside and outside of industry. Stacy also mentors for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and is a member of the Pharmaceutical Marketing Society’s Digital Interests Group.
Principal Business Consultant, Global Commercial Content
Building upon her degree in biology & chemistry, Jamie has been in the life sciences industry her entire career. She has spanned sales, training, and marketing roles, where she helped launch multiple US and global blockbuster brands. Jamie is inherently a connector and problem solver; finding a solution to a complex situation and uncovering insights is truly what motivates her.
Lindsey is responsible for the design, launch, and overall success of the Veeva Data Cloud software and data products. She has spent much of her career in commercial life sciences focused on field engagement. She led the product team in the launch of Veeva Andi, and spent time at McKinsey & Company managing projects for enterprise clients primarily focused on commercial strategy, including product launches and large-scale transformations driving field effectiveness.
Prior to McKinsey, Lindsey was in professional services at Veeva and was responsible for implementing Veeva CRM for both enterprise and SMB companies.
Nick Illobre is VP, Product Management for Crossix Analytics and leads product development for Crossix DIFA, the industry’s leading marketing measurement platform. He has more than 10 years of experience in marketing technology, media planning, and developing innovations for data usage in media. Nick has extensive knowledge of how emerging media channels, coupled with analytics, can be leveraged by marketers to achieve their business objectives.
Ana Calabrese joined Veeva in 2020 and has been leading the Advanced Analytics team since then. Her academic and professional background is in Physics (MSc) and Computational Neuroscience (PhD). Before joining Veeva, Ana held a Data Science and Research position with Integral Ads Science where she developed methodology to measure the incremental effect of advertising campaigns.
Ian Goldsweig is a Senior Director at Veeva with more than 12 years of healthcare experience working in the pharmaceutical and provider setting. Ian has worked with clients across the country in data analytics, marketing measurement, optimization and strategy planning. Ian joined Veeva in 2018 and holds a BA in Environmental Policy from American University and has a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.
Nikhil has been part of the Analytics Services team at Veeva Crossix since 2018. He is responsible for helping healthcare marketers plan, measure, and optimize their marketing campaigns with confidence. His academic and professional background is in customer-centric, data-driven marketing and spans multiple industries and continents.
Sunay brings over 20 years of healthcare experience and 10+ years of product management experience to the Crossix Data Platform team. Today he leads efforts to ensure that Veeva has industry-best, HIPAA compliant, patient matching and linking process. Prior to joining Veeva in April 2020, Sunay worked at IntegriChain, Prognos/Medivo, and Merck Inc.

Jade Bezuidenhout is a Senior Product Manager for Veeva’s Product Alliances team focused on establishing an ecosystem of value driven and quality partner solution integrations across Veeva’s Vault Technology Partners.
Prior to Veeva, Jade served in multiple cross-functional roles across the healthcare and diagnostics industry focusing on customer and product success through technical consultancy, subject matter expertise and innovative product partnerships. In her previous role she launched and delivered a new integrated partner product solution into the UK healthcare LIMS market to the first UK pilot customer.
Jade has a keen interest in digital transformation through innovative technology solutions to drive customer success and ultimately patient outcomes.
Maria is the product lead for ZS’s VERSO intelligent omnichannel orchestration software. Maria has over 25 years of experience working with life science companies on a diverse array of analytics and technology strategy and implementations. As a leader of Verso product she focuses on ways to improve omnichannel orchestration and field analytic enablement. She also serves as an analytics advisor, helping clients to improve business outcomes through analytics and advanced data science. Prior to this role she had led ZS Javelin software suite, optimizing commercial resource planning and deployment.
Before joining ZS, Maria held various leadership positions at Pfizer, including leading Pfizer incentive compensation technology solutions. Maria holds a M.S. in Computer Science from St. Petersburg State University, Russia, and an M.B.A. from the Columbia Business School.
