Getting to Summit
Shuttles are available for hotels not within walking distance to the Thomas Michael Menino Convention & Exhibition Center (MCEC), formerly known as the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. View shuttle routes, locations, and schedules.
While you’re at Summit
Stop by the registration and help desks on Level 0 at the MCEC any time for help on site.
Badge Pickup
Use the QR code in the app for an easy check-in. Please bring a valid photo ID for verification. The registration desk opens Tuesday, September 2 at 11 a.m. and 7 a.m. on Wednesday and Thursday. Plan ahead and arrive early so you don’t miss the opening keynote at 9 a.m. on Wednesday.
Join the Fun
Connect with new friends and old colleagues at the Welcome Reception, Tuesday, September 2 from 5:30 – 7 p.m. Then, join the fun at our evening event on Wednesday, September 3, 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the Lawn on D. Step into your favorite sports games, test your skills with a baseball speed pitch, and watch an Olympic-style trampoline halftime show!
Food and Connect
Enjoy good food and connect with peers, product experts, and 45+ partners in the Innovation Hub on Level 0. Breakfast starts at 7 a.m. and lunch at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3 and 12 p.m. on Thursday, September 4. If you requested a special meal, pick it up behind the Clinical Data Innovation Theater in the Innovation Hub.
