Bookmark your must-attend sessions and sign up for Group Discussions in the app. Space is limited for Group Discussions, so sign up now to connect with peers on the topics you care most about.
Getting to Summit
Summit is at the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center (Hynes). Shuttles will run between designated Summit hotels and the Hynes. View locations and times in the app.
While you’re at Summit
Stop by the registration and help desks on Level 1 at the Hynes any time for help on site.
Fast Check-in with the App
Use the app to check in at the registration desk on Level 1. Tap “More” in the bottom menu, tap “My Registration Code,” and show your QR code for an easy check-in. Otherwise, please bring your photo ID for verification. The registration desk opens Monday, 4:30 p.m., and Tuesday, 7:00 a.m.
Join the Fun
Connect with 2,000+ life sciences colleagues at the Welcome Reception, Monday, 5:30 – 7:00 p.m. Then join us on Tuesday, 5:30 – 9:00 p.m., in Veeva’s WonderLab at the Sheraton attached to the convention center. Enjoy dinner, networking, and unique, immersive experiences, including a VR coaster and cookie photobooth.
