Veeva Japan株式会社(本社：東京都渋谷区、日本法人代表：岡村 崇)は、製薬業界向けのCRMシステム『 Veeva CRM 』の新たなアドオンソリューション『 Veeva CRM CoBrowse 』を、2014年10月23日に開催した「 Veeva Customer Summit 2014 in 大阪 」にて発表致しました。本ソリューションは、2014年11月21日より、サービス提供をスタートする予定です。

『 Veeva CRM CoBrowse 』は、離れた場所にいながら、医療従事者とWeb画面上のコンテンツを共有し、情報提供活動が行える、製薬業界に特化したアプリケーションです。営業チームは、どのようなディバイス、ブラウザを利用する医師とも、Web上でコンテンツを共有することが出来、遠隔地から製品説明やQ&Aの回答が可能になります。また、応対した履歴は、『 Veeva CRM 』へ自動的に記録されます。

インターネットの普及やモバイル端末の急速な普及により、医療従事者は、対面だけでなく、ブランドサイト、Web講演会、Dr.ポータルなど好みのチャネルを複数活用し、情報を取得しています。『 Veeva CRM CoBrowse 』は、こうした医療従事者の要望を満たすために開発されたソリューションで、face to faceのディテールに加えて、リモートディテールの道を開きます。また、本ソリューションは必要に応じて都度開発された仕組みと異なり、『 Veeva CRM 』と完全に統合されている為、一つの仕組みの中に共有したコンテンツの履歴が記録されます。その為様々な接点情報の統合に苦労されている製薬会社システム部門の方の負荷を軽減することが出来ます。

※『 Veeva CRM CoBrowse 』は、『 Veeva CLM 』に付属されたソリューションであり、既に『 Veeva CLM 』をご利用頂いているお客様は、本機能をご利用頂く上で、追加のライセンス費用は不要です。
