COVID-19: Veeva Engage Meeting Support

Coronavirus (COVID-19) travel restrictions and internal risk mitigation plans are making it challenging for life science companies to connect with healthcare professionals (HCPs), which could have a serious impact on how patients receive care.

In response, Veeva is offering a rapid remote detailing enablement program using Veeva CRM Engage Meeting, a web-based video and content sharing platform designed for the unique needs of life science companies. This will allow our customers to engage with HCPs in a compliant way and ensure continuity of care for patients, while avoiding the need to travel or meet in-person.

As part of this program, Veeva is providing Veeva CRM Engage Meeting licenses at no cost for nine months (March 1 – December 31, 2020) to Veeva CRM customers not currently using Engage Meeting. In addition, Veeva can provide services and support to enable users to get started effectively and within the shortest possible timeframe.

Who is eligible for the program?

This offer is for Veeva CRM customers not currently using Veeva Engage Meeting and for customers wishing to extend their existing Engage Meeting country deployment in other countries not currently using Engage Meeting. This offer does not apply to Engage Meeting licenses already contracted for.

The Veeva CRM customers must have Veeva Approved Email already deployed and operational. Other customers will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
