Joining Veeva to Further the Crossix Mission

This morning, we announced that Veeva Systems has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Crossix Solutions. I am excited to lead Crossix on this exciting new chapter in our journey.

Veeva is the right home for Crossix. I have long admired Veeva’s technology-based solutions and proven track record of innovation. We have similar company cultures, missions and values. Beyond that, both Crossix and Veeva share a relentless drive to change the way the industry operates for the better.

When Andrew Willis and I founded Crossix back in 2005, we were creating solutions that had never been done before, challenging life sciences to think differently about the way marketing was done. Today, those solutions are widely embraced as essential tools for healthcare marketers. However, our vision was larger than being the best at marketing analytics – we wanted to help move the industry forward with precision analytics and AI. Veeva has embraced a similar mindset of challenging the status quo in our industry. Their technology-based solutions have helped advance R&D and commercial for life sciences companies.

By joining forces, we can do even more.

As we move forward, Crossix will continue to leverage privacy-by-design technology to help health brands get the most value from their marketing investments. We will continue to innovate, challenge legacy thinking and provide the industry with best-in-class solutions. Most importantly, together with Veeva, we will take our combined solutions to the next level.

I will remain in my role as CEO of Crossix, reporting to Peter Gassner, Veeva CEO. Peter and I are excited to help the industry deliver better patient outcomes. The Crossix Executive Leadership Team is fully onboard and engaged in leading our teams on the exciting journey ahead.

I’m confident that the combination of Veeva and Crossix will do amazing things. Together and with your support, we will shape the future of the industry.
