Focus Topic: Roadmap Survey Results, 23R3 Feature Review, Sneak Peek at 24R1 and non-GxP discussion
The Vault Training team provided an overview of the product roadmap survey results, discussed selected features from the upcoming 23R3 release, gave customers a sneak peek at features coming in 24R1 and provided an overview with examples of configuration and setup for non-GxP.

Focus Topic: Report Working Group Summary with Demo, Preview of the 24R1 Features and Upcoming Customer Conversations
The Vault Training team provided a summary of what the reporting working group developed, showcased a number of reports and pointed customers towards a VPK on Veeva Connect that contains these reports. Customers were able to interact and provide feedback on 24R1 features that are being developed, these are: Supplemental Training Materials and QR code for attendance on ILT and E-Signature. Finally, the team briefly touched on DCC + TRIA and Delta training.

The Vault Training team provided a 23R2 release preview, highlighting dynamic enrollment and curriculum smart match. The team also shared how the new release preview process will occur moving forward. The rest of the discussion focused on customer-driven design feedback for future enhancements and roadmap themes the team is working on.

The Vault Training team focused on various ways that the tools available within the application, and the broader Quality Suite, can improve training-related processes. The Veeva team provided brief demos and answered questions for several key capabilities. They also lead a discussion on use cases specific to substitutes and equivalencies.

Continuing with a deep-dive on one main topic, the September office hours session was dedicated to On-the-Job Training (OJT). The Veeva team gave customers and end-to-end demo, and discussed best practices. TRIA (Training Requirement Impact Assessment) was also covered.
